Argentina from Aug 14-18 and it was fabulous!

Must see/do:

Check out cobble-stoned San Telmo and take a tango lesson at La Ventana. If this is not your thing, you can always enjoy the tango show as well as the scrumptuous 3 course dinner (the obvious choices are the argentine empanada, beef steak, and dulce de leche flan) and the free flowing wine.

Take the ranch tour to Santa Susana where you can culturally immerse yourself on the gaucho lifestyle, enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride, ride horses, taste argentine grilled meats with wine, and watch gauchos do ring races. Sounds touristy but fun!

Spend extra and see the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, which is easily the highlight of my trip. Stayed at the Sheraton, which is the best decision ever! It's the only hotel with direct access to the falls and the hotel itself was fabulous. Eat your heart out Niagara, Iguazu is the real deal! Took the train to devil's throat and the speedboat ride that brought me dangerously close to the falls, which are both fun.

Argentina was a pleasant surprise (too bad didn't have enought time to see Patagonia or El Calafate)! Next up, Rio!

August 22, 2009 Corregidor Day Trip:

What to bring: Water, sunblock, fan

It was rainy, so we thought it would be a very bumpy boat ride, but to our suprise, super calm ng water! thank god! pag dating dun, super init! as in...the tour was worth it and super fast phased siya, kasi hahabulin niyo talaga ang time para maikot ang lahat ng lugar na andun.

but worth it naman sa lahat ng pagod, nakaka drain lang talaga ng powers!

August 21-22: Pawikan Conservation Center & Mount Samat family getaway!!!

Supposedly, Pagudpud ang getaway, but nagka-extension ng seminar and training ang friend ko owning the van, that we are about to used so what we did was we planned our own family getaway. Para nman di ma-spoil ang holiday namin!!!

the water in Morong Bataan was so calm on the 21st super low tide,we're 200m away from shore di man lang lumulubog ang knee namin at enjoy kami kasi malinaw ang tubig ng dagat.

On the 22nd, it rained pagbaba namin ng Mount Samat! good thing, we're going home by that time!!! Super saya kasi open ulit yung elevator to the wings of the cross

We're bringing sunblock but we forgot to apply heto mga negra ang lola nyo! hee hee!

wow, like ko to. mag-byahe abroad ng mag-isa. pero di payag si boyfie. gusto niya kasama siya sa mga trips. hehe.

Ilocos trip

Long tiring butt flattening road trip... duh!!! I will ride a plane(again) on my third time to Pagudpud!!! Gosh! feel so tired with the road trip!

But then I enjoyed pa rin naman,kahit papaano

Subic during the long weekend last week.

I thought I won't be able to do the tree drop adventure but it was sooo fun... buti nalang I decided to try cause I would miss half of the fun at di magbback out si bf. He was surprised where I gathered my strenght kasi sobrang nag ffreak out ako...
