Christmas in Phuket and New year in Bangkok. Had loads of fun with friends. Did shopping and had a massage almost every day. =P

Nag interstate travel kami from Moab (the red rocks in Indiana Jones movie, either Raiders of the Lost Ark or the holy Grail) to Colorado.

In Colorado, we went to Cave of the Winds and The Garden of the Gods.
 
Ang masaya pa po, nagpunta ako ng Utah through the expense of my employer. Kasi pinadala kami doon for training.  Bale twice na itong year. First was last 2006.

dec 21 one day trek at MT. Pinatubo

2am, we board the BUS trip to Dau Pampanga. arrived at around 330am. We waited for the 4x4 SUV to pick us up. from DAU Bus Terminal, 1hour road trip to Mt. Pinatubo Base where we registered and paid our dues. from the base camp to the foot of the mountain, it was another rough road trip. and then 2-3 hours on foot travel to reach the crater of mt.pinatubo.

at the crater, you can actually swim.

it was all fun!

for the month of December:

almost 3 weeks in the Cali, US:  super fun, love the weather and did lots of shopping.  i think i spent over 100k (whew!)

dec 30-jan 4 in Bora:  it was a stark contrast from my US trip and from my last bora trip.  the weather was bad and we were not able to do any water activities.  the atmosphere was not festive at all.  the crowd seems to be different this time-- but still lots of foreigners.  Steakhouse was really very disappointing.  nevertheless, i still enjoyed new year's eve lunch, dinner & countdown with bf.

iloilo, dec. 22 - jan. 4. too bad scarce ang tubig because of typhoon frank. nasira ang mga pipes. but i enjoyed the food(read: talaba, etc).

new washington, aklan - place of precious moments: pang kids and kids at heart.

Lots of people, a lot of waiting, brand new extreme adventures and a first after a long time of enjoying without going to a beach.

Dec 21 to 26, 2008 at Panglao, Bohol...we took the overnight trip of superferry going to cebu then from cebu took the fast craft in going to Bohol...The sea was calm so parang nasa hotel lang din kami ng ka-date ko na Irish guy. Alona Beach in Panglao maganda sana ang beach kaso dami naman naka-dock na mga boats, laid back kasi pag 10PM close na mostly mga bars, walang nightlife like galera and boracay. Expensive lang masyado food dun kasi mostly european owner ng mga resort and resto dun.... para sa mga gustong mag honeymoon, i recommend Panglao Island....
