Ako ginamit ko yung bacne spray ng white allure tsaka mild soap lang ginagamit ko like dove or tender care  Kumikinis naman sya kasi pinapapicturan ko sa kapatid ko para makita kung may changes ba. Ok naman

Mga sis, share ko lang. Ilang years ko na din problem ang bacne, super nakakahiyang mag-off shoulder. Pero this month, nalessen at naglighten na yung mga marks nila. Ewan ko if it's the effects of Eskinol (calamansi) talaga kasi sinabayan ko din ng Lily's Miracle soap. I've been using it for less than a month palang. Konting push nalang, 😝😊

Girls, can you share some tips para sa bacne? Naiinis na kasi ako di ko alam kung san nanggagaling to. Maarte and malinis naman ako sa katawan ko pero ewan ko bat may bacne ako. Iniisip ko nalang baka dahil pawisin akong tao kaya siguro ganon. I always put a toner nga sa likod followed by baby powder. Pero wala rin.

Hindi tuloy ako makapag sleeveless unlike before. You think okay ang body peeling? Bumili kasi ako underarm peeling kit na my kasanang GPO. So iniisip ko lagyan din ng green peeling oil yung back ko.

what you eat or drink may cause this, besides hormones.

Oh another thing, baka sa shampoo or conditioner. Dati nung school days, I noticed na yung hair conditioner ko ang cause ng bacne ko (mahaba kasi hair ko)
Aside from that kapag naliligo before
hindi ko masyado napapansin na sa likod ko hindi completely na wash out yung shampoo...

so i changed my way of rinsing my hair, patagilid na ako magrinse ..yung hair away from body or sometimes i flip my hair in front sabay huling banlaw... mapashower or timba :p  and i made sure to use scrubs on my back.

^Ay ganon ba sis. Pero actually recently ko lang yan ginawa kasi di ko na nga talaga alam gagawin ko. Could it be because pawisin ako? Pero dati pa naman ako pawisin and dati naman wala akong bacne. Yung conditioner and shampoo ko matagal nakong loyal don.

You think okay ang green peeling oil sa back? Or magpa backpeel nalang ako sa mga salons like Lets Face It/Flawless?

Wet your back a bit and apply Nizoral. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes before you shower at NIGHT (no need to wash your hair). Do it nightly for two weeks.

I got this tip from my derma. Solved my bacne.

I have yet to go back to her to get treatment for the pigmentation. Any suggestions as to what's most effective?

it could be due to pawis nga kasi magsusummer na.

if you know how to DIY peeling
go ahead sis. pero bad idea yata to peel kung fresh pa bacne. dapat dry na muna

This is really my problem right now. Nakakadismay talaga. I already bought teranex glycolic soap so hopefully maging effective siya.

Is it okay to apply glycolic sa back and chest? TCA kasi is so strong, so baka glycolic peel is okay lang?

I read in one website before that one culprit of bacne (esp for ladies) is that the back is not scrubbed enough after shampoo or conditioner. Sometimes residues are left (un madulas pag hinawakan) so there is a build up. It might help to use a loofah with handle so you can reach this difficult areas.

Always exfoliate. Dati puro whiteheads yung sa akin pati sa chest area now wala na.

As for the scars, I think calamansi/lemon juice is a natural way to lighten the scars

Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash lang talaga ang effective sa bacne ko. Ang problema, wala na ko ibang mabilhan kundi sa Duty Free.

For me, I use a regular loofah with handle so I can reach the hard to reach areas. I don't see any reason not to exfoliate everyday, as long as hindi naman hard scrubbing, its just to remove the oily residue on my back esp after using conditioner.. For preventive measures lang naman

If the bacne is bad case, I would suggest seeing a derma na..

Hi! Im new here..  Not sure if may mag reply pa sa thread... Pero problem ko din ang bacne since college...  Worse is the scars..   I have tried back peel pero maxado costly...  Tried dr.  Kauffman as well..  Did not work...  Requinol seems to work but was informed by a derma na it is not advisable to use sa large amount ng skin like back... Or use it often as may effect fertility in the long run daw... Tried kalamnsi.. Nag lighten [textspeak!] scar pero continuous p dn [textspeak!] bacne...  Very impatient ako so nafrufrustrate ako if i dnt see results or pg ginamit ko then nag break out after some days passed...  Hope mkapag recommend kau ng derma or treatment (home or derma) na kaya sa bulsa and effective with the bacne and removal ng scars,  spots...
