Baka hot water rin ang cause nang back acne ko. Hot shower kasi ako palagi. Available ba ang kligman's cream sa drug stores o department store?

I changed my soap, lotion and shampoo/conditioner to Kojiesan Soap, Vaseline Moisture Lotion and Rejoice conditioner/shampoo...

Since then no more bacne...
I tried kligman too but it was too strong for my skin..

i recently got bacne again.. i'm usng shulamite soap kasi tapos naubusan ako, nagsafeguard muna ako, naku ayun na naglabasan na sila, though hindi naman ganun karami.. buti na lang hindi ako nagtatapon ng mga creams na itinitigil ko pag di hiyang sa face ko.. glyco cream 10% ginamit ko and after 3 days wala na, driep up na silang lahat, nagpeel pa kaya less visible ang marks... now i'm back to shulamite

My bacne finally cleared up My derma prescribed antibiotics for 2 weeks kase allergic pala ko sa sweat ko. Nga-dry up naman and hinde na natubuan ulit kahit tuloy-tuloy pag gym ko. Now I'm using kojic acid to lighten the scars and ang laki na ng improvement

^Yes sis. Ako kase talaga hinde pawisin so when I started going to the gym, dun lang ako pinagpawisan ng todo talaga. Hinde pwede saken yung palilipasin ng more than an hour yung sweat sa likod kase dun ako nagbbreak out talaga.

^not really kasi I bought mine through ebay and it was different from the 4-in-1 bleaching cream i got from doctora G.

Kligman's is kligman's. The cream I bought from doctor G had the Kligman's cream label underneath the Hypoallergenic cream label.  Both creams peeled skin at the same rate, as long as they are used correctly.

Dr. G's Hypoallergenic cream - around 2k+ 2 years ago. not sure how much it is now.
Kligman's cream from online sellers - less than 1k for the same amount, which is 500 grams.

This cream requires specific instructions on how to apply a. =)
Instructions ni dra. g on how to use the cream to have a flawless back in 1 month: ^_^

Yellow/Kligman's/4 in 1/Hypoallergenic Cream:

1.Every night, Apply the Cream thickly (as in my white layer of cream on your skin) on the affected areas for 3 to 7 days. (DO NOT APPLY on Underarm, Face, or any sensitive part)

2. Itapat sa electric fan and let the cream dry. Every Night to ok.
IMPORTANT: The morning after, don't soap the cream off. Just rinse the area with water.

3. You will eventually see chunks of skin falling off within those 3-7 days. DO NOT force peeling.

4.When you start to see the peeling process, continue applying the cream THINLY from this time (no white layer of cream should be visible after application).

5. You will peel for the 2nd - 3rd week. If you can't handle the itch, you can take Claritin (Loratidine) 10mg/tab one tablet once daily.

Remember to AVOID Scratching as this will cause more scars later.

6. Letting an electric fan dry your back after applying the cream will greatly help.

7. Please use Cold Compress on the itchy areas. Or take Claritin once daily.

8. For maintainance, just apply thinly every night.
