bacne (back acne) Medications and prevention 2

ako rin may back acne. tagal gumaling at may naiiwan na dark spots. dati nawala na siya nung nag take ako ng pills, nung nag stop ako bumalik mga pimples ko sa likod.

^Try mo mag dove unscented, then lotion agad while skin is damp.  That's what me and my sister did before.

Yung walang scrub.  Yung for sensitive skin.  Kasi may scrub yung dove mo.

Yung lotion ko is Physiogel lotion (hypoallergenic non comedogenic).  Yun nga lang P800 sa mercury.

^ Kaya pala. Before dove cleared my bacne din, tapos nung gumamit ako ng kojic soap, bumalik nanaman. Nag dry siguro yung back ko because of kojic kaya nagka pimples. Ngayon back to dove ulit ako

head and shoulder shampoo and creamsilk for the conditioner naman..

and them in using cyleina soap..

and yung cream na nirecommend ng derma sakin dati..

before kasi super dami ng pimples ko sa likod at malalaki pa and i used that cream nawala talaga as in totally wala na pati dark spots nya wala

and now bumabalik na naman..di tuloy ako makapag suot ng kita ang kahit konting portion ng likod..

^I suggest soaping your back after the shampoo and conditioner to be able to wash away the residue.  When you do your shampoo and conditioner as the last step during bathing, chances are these clogs the pores at your back.

before kasi after ng shampoo,ill have the conditioner then saka ko magsasabon..aften nun saka ako magbabanlaw ng hair na may conditioner..that's why siguro nag ka pimples ako sa back..

sis, bacne yan.. ang cause nyan may be dahil sa shampoo or conditioner na gamit mo, it could also be dahil sa sweat or may be hormonal.. Problem ko din ito ngayon kasi sa sobrang init.. siguro kasi sa pawis.. Use a mild soap sis (better if organic) at nakayuko ka dapat pag magshashampoo..

Yes use soaps that are mild. Yung di nakakadry ng skin like dove or By nature soaps. I noticed na kapag gumagamit ako ng papaya/kojic or any soap na nakakadry ng skin sa chest and back ko, dun ako nagkakaron ng bumps.

Wash your shampoo and conditioner na nakayuko.

And as much as possible habang basa pa yung hair mo wag mo hahayaan na dumidikit sa back mo, takpan mo ng towel until it dries kasi baka may dumikit padin na residue galing sa hair mo.

i used to have bacne, as in super annoying kase makati, and looks ugly when you wear clothes na mababa yung likod. it cleared up when i was using althea. funny nga kase althea cleared up my bacne, but not so on my facial acne before. i stopped using althea na, clear pa rin yung back ko.

naku this is my problem din. i have pimple marks and this dark mark sa back ko. i tried diamond peel. hindi naman nagwork. i'm still looking for the medication that will eradicate my backne.

i used to be have lots of dark spots due to backne. Only Dr Gatmaytan was able to treat it. I just got that info from here from one GT .

si bf since higshcool may backne na sya, grabe wala ng pag lagyan yung zits sa likod nya. hehe this month lang ni-try nyang lagyan ng baby powder every night bago matulog, ayun nagsubside ang mga patubong pimples. galing.

my sister is using venus and mars lulur soap. so far nadadry na acne nya sa back. binababad daw niya for 10 minutes bago niya banlawan.

sa akin din! effective yung lulur bar sa akin.. c: im so happy with the results.. clear na back ko.. 

what i do is "scrub" lightly "ONCE" a week only.. minsan pa nga once in 2 weeks lang.. after ko mag banlaw ng buong katawan dun ko pa lang winawash back ko gamit lurlur ng venus and mars.. so happpy with the results.. puwedeng puwede na ko mg backless..

wow.. once a week lang? ate ko araw-araw niya ginagamit. severe kasi yung case niya. 2nd week niya ng lulur regimen this week. medyo tinatamad kasi yun dati. i just convinced her kasi lumalala pa dahil sa summer heat.

yung once a week sis is yung pag scrub ko lang.. (i use st. ives apricot scrub)

pero yung lulur araw-araw kong ginagamit sa back ko..  last december pa ko gumamit nito mga 1month siguro bago totally ng clear likod ko.. but i still use it kasi maganda yung finish sa back parang glowing..
