naku this is my problem din. i have pimple marks and this dark mark sa back ko. i tried diamond peel. hindi naman nagwork. i'm still looking for the medication that will eradicate my backne.

hi, mga sis try nyo clear action, quite expensive siya pero sulit naman, it can't hurt you as well as prevent you from future breakouts na rin. i'm not selling, i'm just giving you girls options kasi kahit anong form of breakouts pede siya, bacne, acne, pimples, basta may breakouts.
no need of expensive dermas or sessions, di pa kayo masasaktan. Kasi kapag may breakouts tapos na-prick pa, lalong magiging visible ang pores nyo. don't ignore this sis, you just try and see the difference. Pede naman kau mag-ask or hingi lang ng advice.

i've tried a lot of products na rin, to the point that i just gave up and embraced the fact na it's there. it's just a matter of maintaining that they don't multiply. the marks are still there. ive tried the ones with salicylic acid, etc. what's effective is the lightening soaps any whitening soap would do, it lightens the marks a bit. some said murad's bodywash is pretty okay but pretty steep. i've had false hopes with other products before so im kinda torn if i should buy this one. oh well hehe

hehe sis try mo yung sa nuskin, yung clear action, it's just a skin care products for everyday use. and it gives you dramatically results. advice ko wag ka magprick or even use harmful medicines muna, ipahinga mo muna yan..

sis, try going to CARADERME clinic in Jupiter, Makati. Dr. Gatmaitan yung derma dun.  She has a body cream na I think works like Kliegman.  nung nasa hs pa ko til nung mga 30 ako. tadtad talaga ang likod ko ng pimples.  i tried everything na from peeling to antibiotics, wala talaga. then i read here in GT about Dr. G's cream. Sobra talaga ko thankful na I came acrossed it here. For about 2 years now, clear na ang back ko, la na din blemishes kaya kaka-backless na ako kahit pano. dati kc lagi takip likod ko. kakahiya kc sobra.  Try it sis.

Sastid used to work for me.. ngayon parang hindi na masyado. Parang nacocontrol na lang nya. Hay, magbackread ako so I can try something else.

Anyway, my back was really clear when I was taking pills. Sayang andami lang side effects kaya I quit.

just to reiterate (and additional info about the drugs) here are the instructions:

1.Every night, Apply the Cream thickly (as in my white layer of creamonyour skin) on the affected areas for 3 to 7 days. (DO NOT APPLYonUnderarm, Face, or any sensitive part)

2. Itapat sa electricfanand let the cream dry. Every Night to ok. IMPORTANT: The morningafter,don't soap the cream off. Just rinse the area with water.

3. You will eventually see chunks of skin falling off within those 3-7 days. DO NOT force peeling.

4.Whenyou start to see the peeling process, continue applying the cream THINLYfrom this time (no white layer of cream should be visibleafterapplication).

5. You will peel for the 2nd - 3rd week. If you can't handle the itch, you can take Claritin (Loratidine) one tablet once daily.

Remember to AVOID Scratching as this will cause more scars later.

6. Letting an electric fan dry your back after applying the cream will greatly help.

7. Please use Cold Compress on the itchy areas. Or take Claritin once daily.

8. For maintainance, just apply thinly every night.

back in high school, i used to have this problem. naalala ko lang dati sa lifestyle network may mga DIY beauty tips sila dun. sabi mild dishwashing liquid + sugar then use it as a scrub. I used Joy (not sure) once a week. i've never had them since. ^_^.

Kligman's cream = 4in1 cream = yellow cream = Dra. Gatmaytan's Hypoallergenic cream

it's around 750-800php ata per whole tub. Kay Dra G, it's 2500php per half tub.

Materials needed:
  Yellow cream
  electric fan (aircon might do)
  cold compress
  Claritin (generic name is Loratidine)
  Patience for 1 month
  The WILL to NOT scratch!

We first learned of this from sis jappybee (She was the original patient of Dr. G) She had pics as evidence pa.

Sis girlalou testified to this being the only thing that worked for her, pinaship nya pa ang cream abroad to where she is. Plus a couple more GTalkers na hindi ko maalala ang nicks =S

This worked for me for the bacne I got from my steroid medications during my chemotherapy. Ito lang talaga. Promise.

Do NOT use this cream if you're PREGNANT or breastfeeding!!!!

ay sis tama ka kasi ganun talaga ang process niya, kesa naman hindi ilabas yun sa skin mo e di nabara lahat sa skin mo yun kasi gradual na paglabas yun then after nun makikita mo magc-clear na siya lahat totally gone for the 3rd week, kasi akala ng iba kapag naglabasan lahat lalong na-irritate haha kahit itanong mo pa yan sa ibang derma, kailangan ilabas yun sis, kahit nga mag-ask ka sa pedia, lalo sa mga bata, kapag may bulutong or rashes kailangan ilabas kasi kapag hindi dun magiging kumplikado. haha, yun e remedy lang sis but can never be a daily regimen, wala namang scientific base pero kung nakikita namang ok pede rin, pero no claim to be a daily habit hehe..
