bacne (back acne) Medications and prevention 2

i just wanna share... i started using kligmans last sept 2008, now i can say 60 ~70 percent na yung nawala severe kasi yung acne ko .. chest ko ang dami din .. yung stomach tipong di ko pwede itaas shirt ko .. now pwede na ..

sa back naman laki ng improvement as in sobra.. up to now coninute ko pero back nalng siguro by next year .. backless na ko ....

nawala bacne ko using tomato soap. nung nawala, ginawa ko nang last step sa paliligo yung extra banlaw ng likod. di na bumalik mula non.

I just use Olay Anti Blemish cream. It goes away after 2 to 3 days.

my friend tried benzac too, di naman nakastain, nableach lang yung top nya.. harrr!

I actually have sastid bar in my soap dish but i don't use it regularly.  Starting tomorrow yan na talaga gagamitin ko for my bacne.  hope it works...

I bought this soap saka vmv id lotion, kainis kasi ang back and chest acne ko! Ang hirap tuloy pumili ng isusuot!

to prevent - pag nag rinse ng hair after conditioning, make sure nasa harap (instead na nasa likod) yung hair, para yung bagsak ng water is sa harap.  i rinse my hair habang nakayuko ako para hindi magpunta yung water/conditioner sa likod.  my derma said this is the main cause of bacne.

^oo nga eh.conditioners nakakapimples.ako naman i read from a newspaper artic that anti dduff shampoos with zinc can help prevent bacne. i tried it and it worked for me

shower lang bago matulog sa gabi and i agree na rinse well pagmagconditioner =) inaangat ko din yung hair ko bago matulog.

i finally had my first tca peel today. 7% lang coz my skin reacts to the solution. hay i hope i can get a nice back after this.

sabi nga ng derma na dapat conditioner 3x a week lang and yun shampoo dont use pantene and palmolive daw. ivory sana but discontinued na dito ang ivory

oo nga hirap mamili ng susuotin sympre nakakahiya naman mg backless kung ang dami-daming pimps sa likod well i also had this frustration then i discovered diamond peeling at my back...isang beses palang ako ng pa diamond peel pero happy ako sa effect kasi natuyo yung mga pimples ko...then mas matagal pang dinaiamond peel ang likod ko kasi mas makapal daw ang balat natin sa likod.  try niyo mga sis......

i started using kligman's cream 3 weeks ago and was skeptical at first bcoz after 7 days of continued use, there was no peeling (as most of those who tried experienced).

peeling started after  2 weeks and slowly my pimples are drying up. i'm still hoping to have a smooth back after 1 month or so. I'll give another update after 1 month.

i once tried using maxi-peel exfoliant cream for a minor case of bacne... Lo and behold the prob ballooned into a myriad of cystic, painful zits that spanned the whole upper back. despite that i went on using the cream as i believed it was part of the purging phase.

In less than a month of using it together with Eskinol w/ dalacin-C, the zits dried up and flattened. Now I can barely see any marks left by those humongous pimples. I wonder why this combi never worked for my face.

hi! im just about to get my second peel tonight. i am already mildly peeling from the first session no results yet.. dra said youll be able to see it after 2-3 weeks. anyway after the 2nd one, im going to continue the sessions everyday until it reaches 5 sessions then stop na. you cant do tca peel more than 5 times/ 6 months coz your skin will burn daw

for those who do not like going to dermas, try nyo ricebran soap. effective against bacne and chicken skin. low risk pa since organic (no harmful chemicals), at mura pa. wala ring downtime and very convenient since yun na ang gamit mo pag naliligo.

Dati, I use Dr Wong's Sulfur soap for my bacne. Effective din naman, di ko lang like ang smell.
