i got a Ketoconazole lotion from my derma. i apply it on my back everyday after shower.. or whenever i remember also, another tip: apply Nizoral on your damp back, then rinse after 15 minutes. works for maintenance

but on top of these, my back cleared up only after i had chemical (TCA) peeling done. it's really effective. but it's a bit expensive and painful--more painful than brazilian wax. haha! plus down time is 2 weeks i plan to get another peeling done on my back (if my derma permits) as soon as summer's over para mag even out skin tone ko.

Ive tried expensive creams / ointments, ang nakawala lang ng bacne ko was Let's Face it soap, the one na green and white. I think anti-acne and whitening ang tawag dun I used it first sa face nung nakita kong effective. Aba I tried sa back na din. Voilaaa! Kuminis!!! No creams. Just the soap, enough na saken

I ask my sister to clean my back with eskinol every after bath (morning and evening) tapos nilalagyan niya ng panoxyl. Natuyo naman lahat ng backacne ko. But for the black spots, kailangan siguro magpapeel....

sulfur resorcin solution.. 150 pesos lang to.. super effective i only used 1 bottle.. actually, i wasn't able to finish pa nga eh.. try nyo lang.. 2 years ago pa yun, and this problem is history hahaha.. plus it's liquid so di siya malagkit.. and madaling i-apply.. liquid that dries up to powder... as in watery cya hehe

ako tomato soap ng cyleina nakadry- up ng occasional backne ko lately..

but dati super dami talaga, i read that anti-dandruff soaps w/c contain zinc can dry it up too..so i bought clear with menthol and true, nawala nga sila nung yun yung naging shampoo ko..

kojie san and kojic soap japan formulation both effective sa akin in controlling pimples as well as dark marks sa likod, naglighten na [textspeak!] pimple marks ko hehe. dahil maputi [textspeak!] mga parts ng body ko na di naarawan,medyo kita pa sila ng kaunti pero super light na.

Dati may mild bacne ako pero nawala siya nung nagstop akong gumamit ng shampoo, conditioner at soap. I just exfoliate mildly everyday para maalis yung dirt and germs, and I don't smell naman.
