i tried using teranex glycolic soap for several days.  noticed na nag-dry up ang minimal bacne ko.  might work for you guys, too.

- sis san mo po nabili [textspeak!] glycolic soap? and how much po un? mag l-light din ba [textspeak!] skintone ko sa back by just using that soap? Thanks po..

sa flawless ni belo they have this peeling treatment for the back nakakatreat din siya ng bacne. my friend kasi nagpatreat don makinis na likod niya ngayon

treatment for my bacne:

TCA Peel + Diamond Peel.
treatment is every 2 weeks then for maintenance, glycolic soap (5% glycolic content)  and glycolic lotion (5% glycolic content).

i started using maxipeel #3 for my bacne last friday. grabe, sobrang itchy at namumula ang likod ko. napansin ko lumiit yung mga pimples pero sobrang pula talaga. sabi sa akin 2 weeks daw before makita talaga yung result

I've tried a lot of stuff but Kojie San Soap is the only product that TOTALLY got rid of my backne. I saw results after 3 weeks of continued use. It fades the marks as well

^i have to agree. i use Kojie San too and nawala ang bacne ko. also, nakaka-apekto rin yung shampoo and conditioner sa pagkakaroon ng bacne.

Dati problem ko din yung bacne.

Yung naging effective sakin is never let your hair touch your back.
Pag nagshashampoo and conditioner ako, laging naka-flip yung hair ko (sana gets nyo, basta yung nakayuko ako). Tapos shower cap. Tapos pag rinse ganun din, and then different towel for the hair.

Then I air dry my hair para hindi mabasa yung likod ko.

I used kojic soap for my back para mawala yung scars. Effective naman.

Yan lang ginawa ko. Mabagal yung effect pero effective.

That's what I noticed too, started having back acne now that my hair is long.

I just put Olay on my back.

for bacne, try Dr.Kaufman's zinc oxide(also a content of mineral make-up) and sulfur. Available at almost any grocery.

then apply alcohol.


when bathing, try as much as possible not to let the shampoo/conditioner go and run through your back..

all these worked for me.

ako nagkaroon ng bacne breakouts two years ako. it actually started as rashes, sa buong katawan ko. then yung sa likod hindi na nawala. last year i consulted a derma, binigyan ako ng clindamycin at acne gel, di umubra. dinedma ko for a while. kaso nugn feb namula at bigger na yung acne kaya nagconsult ako ulit. kaso sa ibang derma ako napunta. wala pang five minutes nakaalis agad ako. binigyan ako ng salicylic solution. effective siya. pinababalik ako pag naubos.

Try Sastid bar (soap), which you can get from Mercury/Watson's.  It's sulfur and salicylic acid.  It really stinks to high heaven, but it will address the cause of the breakouts.  The sulfur is anti-bacterial, antifungal (some forms of body acne are caused by fungus or yeast) and anti-inflammatory, while the salicylic acid is keratolytic.

who have tried nung ID Soap ng VMV? effective kaya yun for back acne kasi ang active ingredient niya a salycilic acid...

Nagka-bacne ako nitong April sobrang init kasi. Hanggang shoulders and arms merong pimples. Kainis! Ginagamitan ko ng St. Ives yung may salicylic acid. Nabawasan naman.
