hindi ako binabacne kahit adik ako sa shampoo. i'm using cyleina rice bran + spot treat bacne with elica cream. no bacne na eversince

Hay I went to a derma nakaka-dismaya pina-kita ko yung backacne ko kanya sabi lang dahil unbalance hormones. sakin dati wala na kahit before or after my red-alert kaso now bigla naman umatake, huhuhu..sabi lang sakin normal daw yun sa ibang babae, iwas lang sa stress wala daw sya gamot marecommend.But he did mention try ko daw Diane yung pills, hay naman prang yaw ko naman mag-rely don

Wah sorry girls, ngayon ko lang na-check. Nawala na pala yung previous thread =( post ko na lang rin ulit instructions dito for the Yellow/Kligman's/4 in 1/Hypoallergenic Cream:

1. Every night, Apply the Cream thickly (as in my white layer of cream on your skin) on the affected areas (DO NOT APPLY on Underarm, Face, or any sensitive part) for 3 to 7 days.

2. Itapat sa electric fan and let the cream dry. Every Night to ok. IMPORTANT: The morning after, don't soap the cream off. Just rinse the area with water.

3. You will eventually see chunks of skin falling off within those 3-7 days. DO NOT force peeling.

4. When you start to see the peeling process, continue applying the cream THINLY from this time (no white layer of cream should be visible after application).

5. You will peel for the 2nd - 3rd week. If you can't handle the itch, you can take a drug (ask sis girlalou for this because I forget the name).

Remember to AVOID Scratching as this will cause more scars later.

6. Letting an electric fan dry your back after applying the cream will greatly help.

7. Please use Cold Compress on the itchy areas. Or take the drug (ask girlalou for this).

8. For maintainance, just apply thinly every night.

in my case, the shampoo was the culprit. my derma told me to avoid at all costs these 3 shampoos: Pantene, Vaseline & Rejoice. stick to an anti-dandruff shampoo such as Head & Shoulders or Clear. for conditioner, she suggests Creamsilk. my bacne disappeared! yun lang pala yun.

i had chemical peeling done on my back, and my skin peeled for two weeks. the skin magically turned out two shades lighter than before. even my mom was surprised i still have a few light brown marks though.. i plan to do spot application nalang of bleaching cream. peeling might be too harsh na, and expensive too.

so far laki na tlaga ng improvement kaso yung scars ko since highschool pa kaya kelangan tiisin..

yung medicine, nakaka drowsy eh , headache, kung kaya nio tiisin, wag nalng, nakalimutan ko na din name nung med. anyway overseas ako so di ko lam if meron dian nung gingamit ko ..

ask nalng kayo sa mecrury, over the counter lang naman yun, ni recommend ko na din sa other frineds ko yung kligmans, yung isa guy pa hahaha ..

Hello po.. I've been reading your posts everynight about bacne kac meron din ako. Siguro kac sobrang pawisin ako. kahit xmass season pa or malamig basta madalas ako pawisan.. ano po ba massugest nyo na remedy for this para hindi man kuminis ng sobra eh mabawasan namn po?
We will be having our company outing 2 weeks from now.. tingin nyo po ba kakayanin pa?

i tried using teranex glycolic soap for several days.  noticed na nag-dry up ang minimal bacne ko.  might work for you guys, too.

for the anti-itch, try niyo Claritin...i take that every other day....okay naman narerelieve ang itchiness...

Benzac Wash which can be bought in pharmacies was very effective for me. Nagdry lahat ng backne after a month. A tube will last you months.
