correct! i was able to wear a nice swimsuit in my first summer adventure for this year, thank you to Doc G's cream.

effective talaga ang cream ni doc g. yun nga lang hindi ko na namaintain kaya balik na ulit ang bacne ko...  sabi ng ibang sis natin dito same lang naman daw to sa kligman's cream which is way cheaper than doc g's. kaya yun muna ang itatry ko.. summer time na.. kaya kailangan maging flawless..

^^sis you can get from derma suppliers =) I think you can use GT's search function kasi nasagot na ata yan before (with directions on how to use it)

^I've used both Dr. G's cream and Kligman's Cream (I had bacne before due to chemo) and both work just the same (also, Dr. G's cream had a Kligman label underneath it LOL)

simula ng ngprevent akong gumamit ng pantene and palmolive nawala yung backne ko...dati kasi buong likod ko punung puno ng pimps...its due to hair and the shampoo and conditioner you're using....so ng trial and error nanaman hehe pero try to use clear kasi nabasa ko sa cosmo mag na my zinc etchos etchos siya that can help clear up pimps so i tried it so far wala nakong nararamdamang bukol bukol sa likuran ko.....dati kasi super problem ko rin yan...yung tipong hindi ko na alam kung gagawin ko....and shy to have back less caused by pimps sa likod...so hinanap ko talaga yung shampoo na makakahiyangan ng likuran hehe

I use VMV’s Id Bar on my back while showering, then apply VMV Id gel after drying off
 
Steifel’s Acne Aid Bar in place of VMV’s Id bar also works well.  Cheaper ang Acne Aid Bar.

I swear, do this religiously and you will see results.

sis i use the id soap lang. how often should i use it kaya? ako kasi once lang. dapat ba twice?

oo nga kakakuha ko lang nung 4-in-1 (kligman's) cream, parehas nga talaga sila nung cream ni doc g.. super laki ng price difference (more than 5x the price yung kay doc g)
