ako i finished the tub of doc g's cream hindi naman ako naka-experience ng matinding itchiness. ang nakakabother lang talaga yung super sagwang pagbabalat. pero in fairness, effective talaga kasi kuminis talaga yung back ko although ngayon since medyo matagal na akong hindi naglalagay, ayun, may pimples ulit ang back ko.. haay.. :s

Ang nagpagaling sa bacne ko is Bioderm Soap.

Ang dami ko bacne sa likod dati pero dahil dito nawala and never na ako nag-karoon ng bacne.

Causes kasi minsan ng bacne is bacteria's that thrive in our sweat and minsan yung conditioner that could clog the pores of our backs. So, make sure na you scrub you back regularly and pag magbabanlaw kayo hair yumoko kayo.

That's what i do, so ngayon flawless na ang likod ko.

sa caraderme lang din nawala yung pimples and pimplemarks sa likod ko.

Kaso, after ko gumamit ng sunsilk conditioner (for curly hair) ayun, may pimples n naman.. huhuhu

buti na lang may cream pa ako, pero kapag natuyo na, I will stop na.. D n kagaya nung first application ko nung may n 2-3 weeks.

i used to have bacne, tried different home remedies for it, pero what worked for me was Gatsby's Clay Facial Wash, i ask my yaya (yes, baby baby-han ako rarr) to massage this on my back after i shampoo and condition my hair.. ayun so far, 2 years na ko walang bacne..

hello .. mga sis update ko lang kayo, ive been using Klgmans cream, and i must say effective talga cia, nakaubos na ko ng 1 tub.. medyo tamd din kasi mg lagay pero grabe talga yung peeling nia, 1st feeling ko pa lang ang laki ng improvement.. meron na ko scars since elementary days so 100 percent ng back ko, meron,, pati shoulder meron, now laki ng improvement talga..

im overseas so i cannot visit dr. kaya nag decide ako to purchase this cream.. and hindi naman ako ng kamali... bili pa ulit ako ng 2 since may darating ako firned dito para tipid shipping..

mahirpa lang kasi nanlalaglag talga ang skin ko .. black pa naman chair ko sa ofis...

wow that's a whole lot cheaper ah. Im using the body creme from dra. g pang maintain lang. mga once a week. Pwede din kaya na kligman's nalang yung gamitin ko?

sken nagbbehave ang bacne ko sa protex soap..kaso wala dito eh sa brunei lang meron yata o sa ibang bansa..kaya pag may kakilala lang akong ppunta don chaka ako nakakagamit..

hay sumuko na ako.... my last resort---- i had my back chemical-peeled by dr. sixta foronda (6F clinic in makati medical plaza)... after which, she gave me acne lotion to apply every night, along with clindamycin. hopefully!!! will update you in 2 weeks pag nag peel na

wow this seems promising... after i consumed the first tub of dra. g's cream, hindi na ako nakabili ulit.. no maintenance at all.. i had flawless back for a few months then bumalik ulit ang nasty bacne.. haaay... hassle lang kasi talaga maglagay ng cream kaya im thinking twice... saka sobrang magbabalat na kadiri yung hitsura..

Yung bacne ko hindi naman super grabe pero gusto ko smooth and clear. Nabasa ko sa Lucky magazine (December issue) na gumamit daw ng 70% isopropyl alcohol twice a day (pati daw sa chest niya, not just back) even though hindi talaga ito recommended ng mga derma, ginagawa daw niya kasi talagang effective. Na-try ko mga 3 weeks na (Johnson & Johnson brand), super improved yung bacne, hindi naman nag-dry yung skin ko. Definitely itutuloy ko, specially after mga work-out. Alcohol lang ginagamit ko, no creams, lotions, meds, etc.

Oops, sorry 98% isopropyl alcohol ang alcohol pictured sa Lucky magazine. Anyway, I use 70% at ok naman.

really alcohol lang? i'll try that nga. ako kasi i put lotion kasi pag nag dry yung back ko, nangangati siya tapos saka nagkakaron ng bacne.
