mamiko01; start mo na sis, meron ka na palang gamit. pagawa ka lang flyers para sa promotion mo. ako nga 1 streamer pa lang nakalagay sa harap ng office pero madami ng clients.

bale yung tie-up sa manila madali lang yun. pm mo ako, ituturo ko yung isang agency na puwede ka i-assist.

sis pasali ako hehe, gusto ko rin magput up ng ganitong travel agency, since super hilig ko magtravel sobrang makakatulong ako kung ganito ang kukunin, matagal ko na rin kasi balak ito, kaya lang hindi ko alam kung pano simulan, madalas kasi ako ang nagpaplano ng mga lakad namin from ticket-hotel -resort and tour ako lahat, kaya alam ko magagawa ko ito ng maayos at pinagiisipan ko na nga mag-ayos ng tour eh, kaso ang hirap simulan.

mga sis kelan ba ulit next seminar? paki inform naman ako gusto ko pumunta eh,baka meron gusto pumunta makikisabay na lang ako.

pwede ba sis sa bahay lang muna ang start? meron naman kami pc, dsl, printer pwede bang yun muna.
how much ang capital sis? interesado talaga ko sis...

^same tayo sis, i want to start muna on being a tour operator/organizer. naghahanap nga ako ng formal seminars on how to be a tour organizer. most of the ads i see in the newspaper kasi puro sa travel agency business.

Hi sis! ask ko lang where is ur location? we're planning to put up this kind of business din, manpower and travel agency. since yun hubby ko is working abroad and madami na siya natulungan na makaalis, sabi ko why not put it as a business since BS psych grad naman ako. para di masayang pinag-aralan ko kapag andito lang ako lagi sa house. anyway, same strategy din ang plan namen, mei magbobook lang for us then marked up lang yun price na ibibigay ko sa client. but i'm still looking for an agency na mas mura sana ang maiibigay na quotation para maenganyo namen yun employer ng hubby ko na sa amin na lang magpapabook ng employees. hehe! hope u can help me with this. thanx so much! yeah, maganda yung naiisip mo na business. kaso lang (according to BIR) hindi mo puwede pagsamahin yung manpower at travel and tours mo. iregister mo na lang separately. mas mabusisi kase ang documents ng manpower e.

para ka lang namumulot ng pera sa business na to. so far meron na kaming two corporate accounts. padagdag ng padagdag na rin ang walk in clients.

of course you can start it at home. but based on my observation/experience na rin iba ang dating kapag may office ka talaga. yung image kase ng office mo ang kelangan makita ng tao. if maganda yung office mo syempre maraming papasok na clients. ang impression nila is kayang-kaya mong ihandle yung travels nila and everything. tiwala ang clients kumbaga.

^^ Ganun ba? Haven't started with the manpower though we need to facilitate it na coz meron na kami for hiring. But regarding the travel agency, may napaalis na kaming 3 last 2 weeks.

Was able to contact yun binigay mo sakin coz may branch sila sa cubao which is much closer to us. Pwede din kaya ako maghanap na lang ng recruitment agency at makipagtie up na lang wth them? Hay! Ang hirap na ang sarap ng ganitong business! LOL!

correct! masarap na mahirap yung ganitong negosyo. pero more on masarap na side hekhek. kase wala kang iniintindi na inventory or whatsoever.

sis kolintongue and lovemylife, possible ba na i get a business permit, mayor's permit if i just do the travel agency business sa house ko? yan kasi requirements sa abacus system. im from makati. mahirap po ba kunin mga permit na ito? i want sana to start from home tapos if i find a place na hindi masyado mahal ang rent then i can move out na to an office. any helps will be appreciated.

yup! meron din akong visa assistance at passporting, pati NSO, red ribbon or DFA authentication, tour packages din. bale lahat ng services meron ako, pati nga van rental kase yung clients ko for passporting alangan naman isasakay ko pa sa iba, syempre sa akin na rin

anyway, i cant do all these naman if not the help of the travel agency na tie-up ko sa Manila.

kaya malaking bagay yung may tie-up ka, most especially kapag IATA member sya.

like i said, hindi na ako umattend ng seminar, kase mismong yung may-ari ng travel agency na tie-up ko ang naglelecture sa akin.

hi sis di po ba mahirap to put some bizness like this?? (sory for being stupid) im newbie po kc for this kind of biznes what do u mean by visa assistance at passporting, pati NSO, red ribbon or DFA authentication, & tour packages....
sis interesado po ako dito sana maka kuha pa ako ng more infos pwede po pa pm in case i have queries tnx! i nid more ideas about this po kc, sana po matulungan nyo ko tnx again!

luvko23 and orangebabe80: Regarding business and mayors permit, madali lang kumuha. (Though haven't gotten one. Nakuha ko lang din dito sa GT) Nakapagregister ka na ba sa DTI? Alam ko need yun and the TIN kapag kukuha ng business permit. Here are the requirements:
1. Cedula - Php 117.60
2. Notarized Application Form (for business) - Php 50
3. Xerox of DTI
4. Payment for the business permit - P2320.00

Iniintay ko pa kasi yung DTI ko, I just applied online BTW. Pero we already started kahit hindi pa kumpleto yun requirements ko. Hehe! Sayang ang clients e. Ako home based lang coz I'm a SAHM. Hindi pwede iwan ang house coz of anak kaya for now ganito muna ang plan ko.
