This is my online travel store- www.gofasttravel.gttrends.net. You may browse and download the powerpoint presentation.I franchise for it on 15k, lifetime na yan. But you need to pay $19.95 for the website maintenance monthly. It is online yes, where in concept is book and buy, but we have reservation agents in the office for the tour packages and other hotel reservation.I am currently earning $8-10 for international successful booking and $5-8 for domestic.I can also help out on how to create quotation, computation of packages and even SOP for the passport and visa.
^^location= both, mataas ang foot traffic, madaming umaalis ng bansa (sabagay given na yan sa pinoy daming gusto umabroad), at as much as possible hindi pa saturated yung area. based lahat yan sa aking experience. yung isang travel agency dito sa bayan namin, nagclose na last week. so yung amin na lang natitira.ok lang kahit hindi ka IATA, mahirap at malaking capital kase ang kelangan if pa accredit sa IATA, one thing, may quota na sila sa tiketing. hindi pa din kami IATA, nakikitie-up lang he heregarding abacus, kung wala kang abacus medyo matagal ang pagsagot mo sa inquiries lalo na sa walk in clients. kase kelangan mo pa i-chat yung IATA or travel agency ng friend mo na may abacus, sa services pa lang medyo minus ka na sa walk-in client mo kase maghihintay sya. alam naman natin na karamihang client ng travel ageny ay nasa Class A, B and C. mainipin mga clients ng ganitong business. yun ang ikinatalo ng aming competitor dito sa aming bayan, wala syang abacus kaya lumilipat yung mga clients sa amin.pero kung mabilis magreply yung IATA or travel agency na tie up mo, wala namang problema. in fact, wala din kaming abacus for almost 1 year. yun nga lang very supportive yung friend ko na may travel agency na may abacus.
mga sis i just came from the seminar and this is what i have learned- as a starter i really need to tie-up with agency for domestic and international bookings- if wala ka pa mahanap na agency then you can do tour packages in fairness based sa nasabi ng speaker sa seminar you can get at some hotels 50% off the published rate tapos you as a travel agency bahala na magmarkup- very important to have mga permits so you can get what the call contracted rates sa hotel, important din ang permits when you want to tie up with an IATA and wholesaler hotel agency- grabe ang mahal ng cash bond ng mga domestic airlines as in sobrang mahal, eh di lalo na if you want to be an IATA travel agency. you need this cash bond with the domestic airline or sa shipping so you can directly book with them for your clients. example cebu pacific daw is 150,000 cash bond, pal is 300k, etc.- important then you have the amadeus, or abacus or galileo system to see the reservation of all airlines and hotels.- ang earnings ng isang travel agency is thru the ff:a. domestic ticketing - service charge of 100-250 marked up on the ticketb. international ticketing - difference from the rate sheet that the airline gives to IATA and from gross rate of amadeus system or abacus or galileo in short the published rate.c. tour packages - for domestic packages need to submit permits to hotels then they will give you a contracted rate which is way lower than the published rate- for international packages you need to tie-up with a IATA agency to get these packagesd. passport assistance - usually earn mga 500e. tourist visa assistance - usually earn mga 2000-3000f. field trips or educational toursg. NSO accreditation - earn mga 150kaya on monday first plan ko is to go to munisipyo to get list of reqts for business permit and see if papayagan ako sa home based. balak ko kasi muna kahit tour packages lang arrange. pag medyo okay tska ako makipag tie up sa IATA agencies for ticketing and so on.. ohh well yun ang 3k worth of information nakuha ko sa seminar. hehe.. if may questions kayo il try to answer them
