Been using Sun broadband for 2 years. We had our new set of broadband stick 7 days ago. Kainis kasi pinaglaruan ng anak ko habang nakakabit. Nag bend talaga siya pataas. Binalik ko siya sa dati and um-ok naman yung connection. So far ok naman siya. Worried lang ako kasi baka putol pala yung loob niya kasi nag bend siya talaga. =(

may warranty kaya yung stick mismo?

lagi na lang nagdi-disconnect smartbro namin. parang gusto ko nang lumipat ng sun broadband, mas mura pa.

we ask them if hindi ba paputol-putol connection sa area namin, and they said na pwede daw kasi depende sa dami ng gumagamit na users. andun na kami to apply, napa-back-out tuloy kami. may free phone pa na ino-offer, sayang.

For those with Sun Broadband plans, how many days did it take to have your application approved? 6 days na and I still have no update from customer service (been calling them 3 times na ata). Nabasa ko na mas mabilis mag-apply sa ibang networks. Weird kasi complete requirements ko, I also have two postpaid lines with Globe. Ang bagal ng processing nila.

Nakakainis yung Sun. Dati ok naman siya. Blue pa yung light. Ngayon naging green na and sobrang bagal. Kahit FB minsan hindi na ma open. =(

happy ako with sun broadband, been using it for more than 2 years na then when i inquired about the pocket wife, they said they can give it to me for free if i sign a contract na 24 months.

my net is super slow, i live in cubao near araneta center. im using plan 450. anyone who knows how i can boost it? kakairita much. nasasayang yung 70 hours ko. minsan ang nadedetect niya pa signal pag madaling araw is SMART Roaming

Ayan ganyan din nangyari sa akin since July pa. Hindi ko alam anong nangyari biglang ang hirap na gamitin. Magsu-submit na ako ng complaint sa NTC if hindi pa rin nila inayos. Jusko who would pay for something they cannot use? Who would be stupid enough to charge you for their service when it's not even usable?! Kaloka.
