Hi sisses, ewan ko kung OT ito, pero do you guys know how to set up the mobile web for Sun? Kasi ilang beses na ako nagrerequest ng GPRS settings, pero hindi ako pinapadalhan.

i've always been proud of my sun broadband, pero these past few days... grabe na sya kabagal. kahit facebook, nahihirapan na ko iload. useable pa din naman, kaso hindi na kasing bilis nun dati..

Hi I just want to ask for some advice / help regarding my current situation.
I got a Plan 350 (broadband) way back May 2010. after a month I decided to go for the Plan 799 (unlimited broadband), so I asked the agent of the sun shop na pashift / paconvert (or whatever you call it) yung 350 ko into a 799 nalang.

After a month, i was surprised that I'm still getting the plan 350 bills. So I asked Sun hotline and they said na ignore ko lang daw kasi its like that lang tlaga. Rest assured na hindi na counted yung bill since pinalipat ko na ng 799.

So I ignored.

After 3 months, I was shocked when I got a call from Sun cellular asking me to pay for my P1400 bills in Plan 350!!

I went sa business center and asked.

Sabi ng manager hindi daw na terminate yung 350 ko kaya continuous padin bills.

My point is, their agent should've known that kasi as a client hindi ako aware sa ganoong procedure. Dapat sila ang mismo guma wa at mag ayos ng mga transactions.

And they are asking me to pay the balance. An amount which I didn't made use of the service naman.

Kaya nga ako nag unlimited para mas tipid.

Sobrang misleading, walang congruency sa communications ng departments at sloppy ng sun.

Cheap rates shouldn't mean cheap service. Napaka biased ng policy nila. Kahit part ng agent NILA yung at fault, bakit ang mga walang malay na consumers ang nagssuffer??

And regarding the doctor who was the one millionth subscriber?? Naku doc, wrong decision. Baka patay na ang pasyente mo, hindi mo pa macontact yung tinatawagan mong consultant.

I rest my case.

^you should've gotten the full name of the agent you were able to contact sis (which i do most of the time when i call )... and they will also give you a sort of transaction number (i think)... not sure about this though

my friend knew a trick that even if your BB doesn't have a signal, the speed will be at a minimum of around 300kbps will try to ask him & post here

Oo nga should've done that. I wasn't expecting kasi na ganun ka lousy service nila I thought ako lang yung nagkakaprob ng ganito sa Sun. I tried searching online ng mga complaints sa Sun and lo and behold.. dami.....

is it true that one can use a free internet connection by software decoding and insert another postpaid broadband sim to sun's usb modem?

inserting a new sim to sun's usb modem from another postpaid carrier? pwede.  youll need to have your SBW unlocked. pero pwede pa din gamitin with Sun shempre.
