^that happens to me, too,  not sometimes,  actually.  what i do is that i disconnect and connect.  works most of the time.  minsan,  halos up to three times in a row.

i've been getting a lot of error 619 lately... as in almost hindi na ako makaconnect.
then after 10 mins, wala na. hindi na nagrerespond.

early this morning till now im getting error 628 naman to the point na hindi na rin me nakapag i-net now im using wifi now. plan ko pumunta sa sun pag may time ako.

^sis try mo tumawag muna sa sun tech support nila. I forgot the number e, pero try calling 200 then ask for the number ng tech support team. Ang problem kasi sa mga sun shop basic troubleshooting lang ang nagagawa nila. which is kaya din naman nating gawin yun. like install and uninstall.. so better to call na lang the tech support kasi pwede nya irefresh yung account mo.

ok sis ty feeling ko nga need lang nila i reset sa pinaka switch box nila pag may ganitong prob. kakabili ko lang nito last month una maganda ang performance nya etong month na eto nagloloko na puede ko na kaya ipa open line eto? kaso mawawala ang warranty?

hello mga sis so far dito sa novaliches ok yung signal. pero minsan nag e-error din ang connection. hassle kasi ginagawa ko narerestart ko yung laptop....

^no problem with makati area - zapote area very near ayala/makati cbd. full signal everyday. there are times na mabagal but very rare/occasional...

Rosario Pasig has better Sun Signal than any other networks.

^ I'm from Cainta area near Sta. Lucia, okay kaya signal ng Sun sa area namin? I'm tempted to switch to Sun Broadband kaso baka masayang lang eh. Ano pala data package nila aside sa p50 unlimited for one day? Parang lugi kase yun eh.

Having a hard time with Sun. Ilang weeks ng wala akong makuhang matinong connection anytime of the day, pati madaling-araw. I am actually looking for a new provider now, na postpaid dongle lang. Ang advantage lang sa Sun, walang lock-in period. Sa Smart naman, 24 months lock-in.

i wonder kung ok din signal sa cavite? any feedback guys...

^IMUS area no problem - i know someone from Malagasang area who uses it without any problems.

Sa TRECE, we were able to use it... but there are times na no signal pa or couldn't connect

UPDATE:

My modem is broken. Sun Shop said they can fix it but it will take 2 weeks, paano line ko nun di ba, postpaid me eh, I'm thinking of getting a brand new Smart Bro postpaid the new one with 6-months lock-in period or second hand Sun Broadband Modem.

I already tried using 3 networks (Globe,Smart,Sun) so far sun ang pinaka ok ang connection sa lahat..mabilis sa area namin..Sa Dasma Cavite kami..

^true yan sis. among the three, panalo ang sun dito mandaluyong. pero mas panalo ang connection sa office. aminin mo yan! hehe.
