pansin ko marami sa atin mahilig kumain sa Chowking usually for Lunch or Dinner...in my opinion kasi sulit naman talaga tapos may free soup ka pa

favorite kong i-order dito is yung Chao Fan na Spicy Chicken and Beef, Toppings-Shanghai w/ Chili and ToyoMansi (nagutom tuloy ako hehe) dessert ko, Lotus Buchi..

Ultimate favorite ko ang Beef Brisket sa kanila. Kahit araw arawin ko siya di ako magsasawa. Gusto ko din na may free soup sila.

Buti nalang kakain ko lang nito so busog pa ko haha

i tried Chowking's fish fillet with creamy garlic sauce lauriat about 2 weeks ago - it was yummy! bitin nga lang yung sauce, simot-sarap talaga

The beef mami of chowking is a favorite of mine - comfort food kasi sya kaya lang the beef is harder to chew these days.  Sana, they would make it a littel more tender.

we seldom eat here, although usually i just order the fish fillet and tofu, or the lumpiang shanghai. or kaya the bola-bola siopao.. my sister loves the asado siopao and siomai of chowking.. and the halo-halo too..

I like their nai cha drink (with crushed ice, some stores serve it with tube ice -- it's not good with tube ice).

I don't have stuff delivered from chowking though, ang mahal ng delivery prices nila.

pareho tayo ng opinion...di ko type chowking parang ang dumi ng pagkakagawa...dami na na-news na branches nila na may cockroach sa food or flies...

Gusto doon dati ni hubby yung chao fan saka kangkong with bagoong and chili sauce pati noodles.  Son ko naman siopao asado and chicken.  Sa kin inoorder ko dati siomai.

May bad experiences lang kami sa kanila kaya siguro in a year swerte na kami mag try mag order doon kahit minsan.

- hindi pa luto yung fried chicken ng anak ko.  Malamig yung gitna at may dugo pa umagos sa plate.  Sinabi namin sa manager tapos sabi i fra fry ulit.  Sabi namin wag na lang. Di man lang pinalitan or whatever.

- nag pa take out kami ng halo halo dati with other food.  Pagdating nung nagdeliver napansin namin na kulang ng 2 halo halo ang dineliver.  So balik siya.  Pagdating sa amin at hinalo na ng anak ko yung halo-halo - Pag angat ng kutsara napansin niya may papel na nilamukos ng maliit sa loob at nandun yung white paper kung saan nakalagay yung take out items.  Balahurang delivery boy un! Tinawagan namin yung manager pati sa hotline nila tumawag din kami... sabi gagawan ng report... sabi pagsasabihan delivery boy.  Medyo malayo lang kasi sa bahay at gabi na kaya kinabukasan ko pa pinuntahan yung branch to look for the delivery boy.  Di daw nagreport that day.  Malay ko itinatago lang.  Di na namin kinain yung 2 halo halo baka may kung ano pa hinalo o ginawa dun.    To think na I gave him a tip pa nga to compensate sa pagbalik niya!

Kasalanan ba namin na hindi niya agad nadala lahat ng inorder sa kanila ta bumalik pa siya.

- nag dine in kami at napansin ng anak ko na may mga  white paper ulit na crumpled dun sa kinakain niya na noodles paghalo niya.  ibinulong namin dun sa manager tapos sabi hindi daw siguro napansin dun sa kitchen.  Upon close inspection napansin namin na ito yung nakadikit na price sa mga vegetables (sa plastic na balot) or fruits na binibili sa SM.

I hate eating at Chowking. Bukod sa mabagal service nila, masyadong overpriced yung food to think that hindi naman ok ang pagkakaluto.

Sa Chowking QCMC branch sa Anonas maraming ipis sa area and super bagal ng mga service crew. Umabot me ng 1 hour kakahintay sa siopao and siomai.

Sa may Welcome Rotonda branch naman, beware kayo sa mga cashier kasi kulang yung usukli sa mga customers kasi walang barya etc. Mabagal din service and walang team work sa mga crew.

^^i agree.. sa anonas branch nga hindi kalinisan yung place plus you have to wait for so long.. sa case naman namen we just waited for the largest size ng halohalo.. to think isa lang yung inorder tapos almost an hour pa..

i like eating here pa naman... kaya lang nagprice increase na naman sila.. yung lomi na dating 53 pesos eh biglang naging 75...

usually ang inoorder namen ni hubby dito:

hubby - sweet and sour lauriat
me - chicken, lomi, lumpiang shanghai
instead of having just the extra rice we buy extra spicy chicken and beef chao fan...

may take out pa kame nyan na halo halo [me <-- takaw] .

when i was still working in subic, i always had lunch at chowking. super favorite ko yung kangkong with chinese bagoong.  but i had a friend who worked in the health/sanitation office and intimated to me that he wouldn't recommend eating there.  so ngayon bihirang-bihira na lang ako kumain sa chowking. i like the yang chow fried rice though.

I always order Chicken Lauriat sa Chowking kase andun na lahat ng gusto ko kainin, siomai, pansit, buchi, chicken and rice. Hehe.

love their buchi..rice toppings naman, gusto ko yung spareribs or sweet & sour pork.. peef rice/yangchow with shanghai..yum! nakakagutom!
