Is there a place that accepts old gadgets for recycling?

Ive been cleaning my room and I realized that I have a lot of old, broken and outdated electronic gadgets that need to be tossed away like old calculators, chargers and even a PDA. Nakakapanghinayang though if they go straight to the trash bin. Would anyone know a place that would take these things?

parang napanood ko sa unang hirit na pwedeng dalhin sa hmr phils yung mga old gadgets tapos they will recycle it/dispose properly. better ask them.

i have the same dilemma. we even have old computer game consoles na nakatambak lang sa bahay, nagiipon ng alikabok.

will contact HRM if they will get it.

Call Goodwill. They always accept broken down stuff. The people they train use those to practice on.

Sis, meron dropbox sa SM Megamall (Building A entrance doon sa Megastrip side), just drop your old gadgets doon and sila na ang bahala.

SM has a waste market din. Not sure lang of their sked pero parang every week meron.

At one time, I also noticed that they have dispensers around the mall where you can put your recyclables:D

^It's every first Friday and Saturday of the month. They accept electronic stuffs, ink cartridges, car batteries, etc.

i think sa lahat ng Globe business centers or sa mga Ayala Malls may mga drop box where you can put your electronic stuff for disposal.

mga sis how about those who buys old electronic appliances? meron ba nun..kahinayang naman kasi if you will just throw it just because pasikip lang sa haus, then pwede naman palang maging pera yong mga ibabasura mo...hehe sabi nga nila "may pera sa basura"

^ sis i read saw the schedule of the ayala malls waste market. they buy/dispose of e-waste. di ko lang kabisado yung dates kasi parang rotation among the ayala malls.

RE: Car batteries, we always bring this to our neighborhood battery supplier.  They buy this for around P10-15 (if I recall correctly).

Other electronic gadgets, you can sell to junk shops or electronic srepair shops.

i sold my broken dvd player sa SM recycling market nakalimutan ko lang kung magkano, per kilo kasi

sa mga mall there is a specially made trash-can for used battery, charger, phone, cellphone even head phones that you can dispose i've seen it sa glorietta, trinoma at some sm malls also not sure lang sa mga stores mismo ng cellphone pero i heard meron na din gumagawa nito
