How do you like your Steak?

Medium rare! The better the quality of meat, the rarer I like it! Some of my friends order it blue if it's a really high-end cut. I will only eat mine raw if the meat is thinly sliced like carpaccio or tartare.

Before i used to eat steak medium rare like with blood and all but now i prefer at least medium pink center a little blood to none.

Never liked well done steaks. Matigas na sya for me
