I think for us girls we dont like to see blood too much with our steak. But for men napansin ko they like their steaks medium rare to medium yung may hint of blood pa. Yes it is more tender but parang better to eat without the blood hehe

medium rare for me... kapag medium well and well done kasi mesyo tough, firm and dry na yung meat.

^^ depends din siguro sa steakhouse. Some kasi kahit well-done e tender pa din ang meat.

Before nabuntis, medium-well ako lagi. When i got pregnant, no choice kundi mag-well done. Buti di naman ako naka-encounter na matigas ang meat. After giving birth, ayun balik medium-well. minsan medium (depends sa mood ko that day).

My husband naman always prefers medium-rare to medium. He also loves steak tartare, so one time he decided to try bleu (almost rare) pero di na nya kinaya after 2-3 slices kaya pina medium na nya. Hehe..

Hay nako sis, id rather be an idiot too kaysa ma hospitalized ako for getting salmonella.

it happened in a well known hotel before so I don't want to take the risk. yay for well done.

Medium rare to medium. Hehe gusto ko kasi yun mapula yun gitna. Matigas and chewy na kasi pag sumobra eh
