notice ko lang ang mga pinoy mahilig talaga sa well done na steak. kasi yun yung sanay talaga tayo. notice most if not all of our meat dishes are slow cooked until it's really really done.

yes correct. i remember we attended a wedding and the steak was medium rare. it was delicious especially with red wine. but most of the guests hindi naubos kasi siguro not very used to eat meat that is pink inside. To think na halos gutom na lahat.
