^yes sis, rebates in the form of cash back.  Say, nagpa gas ka ng worth 2k in within your cut-off so 3% or P60 ang ma addback sayo and it will be deducted from your total payables within the cut off period

^ yes sis, cut off date of the billing cycle.  No, walng coupon.  Rebates will be deducted na sa payables mo within the billing period.  Example - 1k ang payable mo sa bpi petron cc mo, since may rebate ka na P60 (3% of 1k worth of gasoline purchased in petron), ang lalabas sa billing mo is P940 na lang

Petron, because I have that Petron-BPI credit card.

But my car could take in gasoline from even from that called "regular gasoline" (yung 81 octane lang na katabi ng Gaas or kerosene) offered by Caltex.

Pwede rin ang Caltex at Total gasoline din, kahit paghalu-haluin I wouldn't have any problems.
