^ ako din when i was trying to contact all their numbers within metro manila d ko din ma-contact, try mo sis yung number nila sa clark kasi dun lang din ako nakatawag before to make a reservation.

ano ba ang terms ang conditions nung ticket na nabili mo? kasi usually non-refundable sis

to confirm the fact, yes, binili na ni Mr.Fred Yao ang Asian Spirit and changed it's name to Zest Air, sya rin ang owner ng Zesto and Philippine Business Bank.

1st time ko sumakay Zest Air sa thurs. sana maging ok.

I always call at 855-3333.. & yes, its super busy.. pero gingawa ko, redial ng redial kagad para makasingit.. once nakasingit ka na, u have to wait pa for like, 10 min. or more before a csa can accomodate you.. hassle sobra pero no choice eh..  Try sending an email din.. They respond kagad.. I did that also eh when I coudnt get through their lines.. 
I dont know lang the refund process ah.. kasi ang alam ko rin, non-refundable.. when I rebooked our flights kasi, we had to pay the penalty which is Php560 per head.. Not sure how the refund thing works..

ako naman walang nahihita sa kanila sa email but when i reconfirmed our bookings, I called ng 8:15 ata... super nagulat ako na I got through agad

yun lang maulan kittykat...eh maliliit ang planes nila...expect turbulence na lang

^ usually sis yes just to be sure, ako i always do that just to be sure, mas mahirap kasi kung nandun ka na mismo sa airport sa date ng departure at dun mo malalaman na nagka-aberya pala ang reservation mo

^ Hindi naman ako makatawag sa kanila. Tsk tsk. Pero diba sis, parang sure na rin naman na dapat yun? Kasi may tickets na ko ee.

I got the discounted rate for Puerto Princesa, I just paid 1576, round trip na yun... wala lang, im just excited.

^^ it's up to you sis ako kasi when i travel by plane at malapit na ang departure ko, d ako mapakali hanggat d ko na-double check ang reservation ko with the airlines lalo na kung early booking ang ginawa ko, but then again, that's me so it's really up to you sis if it's alright with you not to contact them anymore before your flight

i think ang mga smaller planes ginagamit lang ito sa mga probinsyang hindi kalakihan ang airport..

If mgrerefund ako, that means I have to pay 448 pa? Still can't get thru to their hotline number.. Sige i'll try their provincial numbers naman.

ako nagkaproblem nung nagbook ako nung tuesday. Di ako nakareceived ng eticket. Tinawagan ko sila kaya lang tyagaan talaga kasi laging busy. Pag nakacontact ka naman after 10 years bago ka makausap ng csr nila.. sa wakas kakakulit sa kanila nareceive ko din kahapon etickets..
