Sis, kapag ba online booking? E-ticket yung ibibigay sakin? May iba pa kayang alternatives to pay? Like bank deposit?

^meron pa sis.. you have to pay for the taxes pa.. sabi nga nung nagassist sa amin mas okay pa daw if we avail their promo fares than use the GC..

mizzybebs, yup e-ticket. send nila sa email mo. i dunno how to go about booking via bank deposit eh. parang puro cc ang naeencounter ko. kasi book and buy eh. siguro try calling their hotline baka pag dun they can arrange something for you.

^yup, after payment confirmation dapat meron na. pag wala, call their makati ticketing office and inform them na wala ka nareceive na e-ticket, the number is on their site. that's what i did when i booked one of my friends tapos di dumating e-ticket nya

i booked a friend of mine for a flight bound to caticlan. they came in early so they bumped them to a much earlier flight. sabi nya flight was smooth naman daw, cabin wasn't hot and they we're on time.

^ parang eto lang yung nakikita ko na positive sa zest air. i mean yung pwede ka na ilagay sa earlier flight if dumating ka ng maaga at naabutan mo pa yung earlier flight.

@shopaholic_princess, yung 4k ba sa isang tao lang yun? d pa rin ako maka-move on sa additional charges e.

Anyways, I shared this info to my bf and nagulat din sya. So maybe we'll go straight dun sa office, kasi ang dami nya pa tinatanong sa akin e nahihiya na ako na puro magtanong naman dito. At least dun masasagot lahat ng questions nya hehe

^we have 2 GCs too c/o standard chartered. i guess u'll benefit from it during peak season lang talaga when the basic fare is high, otherwise, cheaper pa talaga yung promo fares nila

from what i know they still use some of their old planes.. swertihan lang na makasakay don sa mga new planes nila..

grabe wala namang nasagot sa customer service nila. anong oras ba pinakaokei tumawag??

dito ko nalang itanong baka may makasagot

nagpabook ako online yest. upto now wala pang confirmation email from them. hindi pa rin nachacharge sa CC ko floating pa. pwede pa kaya icancel yun???
