ako nakuha ko agad ang e-ticket, 3 times ako nagbook and ok naman. pero talaga bang need muna tumawag to confirm the flight?

yup sis after i paid they gave me the e-ticket.

oo sis, i asked kung kailangan ba pang iconfirm sabi nya, preferably a day before the flight, confirm yung alis at balik.
siguro mas maganda na din kasi they're known to cancel flights without calling their passengers. mahirap na.

according to my friend, pag peak season, they don't cancel flights daw. they continue the flight even if only two passengers are on board.

but better safe than sorry.

^^^ hindi naman super delayed lagi sis. nung flight namin last october napaaga pa nga kasi may bagyong paparating dito sa manila. tinawagan ako ng customer service ng asianspirit to inform na mapapaaga iyong flight. ok naman. nung pauwi naman kami mga 10 minutes late sila. ok na iyon sa akin. kesa ma-cancel iyong flight ko.

hi mga sis!
just got back from boracay

we were via zest air on our way to manila

our schedule was 510PM
pero we were early sa airport (mga around 2pm)
at dahil early kami, sa 330 flight nila kami nilagay
on time naman umalis yung airplane
kararating lang ng airplane from manila,
mga 15 minutes lang ata after magbaba ng passengers tapos pina board na kami
we arrived early sa schedule din
415 we landed sa manila na

dahil sa mga feedbacks na nagcacancel ng flight ang zest air, i confirmed our booking several times

buti na yung sigurado
pagdating sa caticlan, i went to their ticketing office na
the day after i confirmed again

ok naman yung experience
shaky pero tolerable naman
natural naman ata yun kasi nung on our way to caticlan we were via cebu pacific, shaky din naman
i will book zest air again sa flight namin s naga

naku lagot ako...wala akong nakuhang e-ticket after payment...ang sabi lang "payment transaction completed..tapos andun yung reference at transaction number...pero yung e-ticket wala...

^ sis i paid over the counter. kung online booking, they'll send you an email containing the eticket. better call them up to confirm.

sis san ang ticketing office nila sa caticlan? umuusok pa din ba ang loob ng cabin pag nagbukas ng AC? mainit pa din ba sa loob? TIA

^actually sis depende sa destination mo.. meron kasi silang promo na up to feb 28 lang yung iba naman until further notice pa.. so indefinite pa yung date nung tapos ng promo fare nila..

sa airport lang mismo yung ticketing office
paglabas nasa left side banda
when we went up, bukas na yung aircon
at malamig naman considering na super init ng araw sa labas

went to bora via this airline..
ayos naman sya..
nung papunta dun..
nasa 1st seat kami..
mejo maalog yung paglanding namin sa caticlan..
to the point na madikit na mukha namin sa wall..LOL..
then pag uwi.. delayed sya ng 1 hr.. ayos lang madelay basta makauwi lang ng safe..

ah, maalala ko nga pala..
since na corporate account kmi..
mejo weird lang set up nila..
kasi di agad sila nakapag bigay ng return ticket..
nung nag inquire kami sa office nila..
sabi sa airport na raw ibibigay..
pero ang tanong nga ng mga walang ticket..
kung what time alis nila.. na di naman masagot sa ticketing office nila.. weird.. bahala na si batman set up..
buti na lang di ako nakasama sa mga walang ticket..
if ever.. away na.. gulo pa office nila.. lol

my boyfriend also got 2 free round trip GC's from Standard Chartered... tapos ako naman binili ko yung sa kaofficemate ko para maisama ko yung kapatid ko... timing naman pagbili ko nung GC ng officemate ko nabalita yung nangyari sa Caticlan... natakot tuloy ako

pero based naman sa mga nababasa ko case-to-case basis lang talaga... malas mo lang talaga if nataon sayo mangyari lahat ng bad experience hehe

nakakatakot yung moving ng flights without informing passengers

plano pa naman namin pumunta sa batanes baka biglang mamove flight namin

pero we haven't booked any flights yet pa naman... oh well more power na lang sa amin

^my friend also have a GC of Zest Air from Standard Chartered.. we inquired through their ticketing office on the additional charges when we use the GC.. surprisingly abot din ng 4k yung additional payment for the taxes.. mas mura pa yung promo fare nila kahit gumamit ka pa ng GC..
