after the accident, they removed the zest air logo on the plane. they painted it all white, para di kita na zest air.

No backing out na ko kasi nonrefundable and norebookable yung flight ko. I'm looking forward to one helluva ride.

Tips naman, mga sis, para di ako atakihin sa puso during the flight.

Iniisip ko rin kung pwede kong gawing rason yung accident to back out? Will they refund me kaya? Mahina kasi talaga puso ko sa scary flight eh. Matindi talaga takot ko sa heights. Escalator pa nga lang takot ako since I was a child. Hindi ko alam kung test ba ito para ma-overcome ko yung fear ko.

try mo nalang sis matulog kagad pagkaboard mo ng plane. that's what i do. though medyo mahirap kasi baka mahirap makatulog. kaya pinili ko na flight (5am) yung first flight out. para medyo inaantok antok pa ko.

^sa mga sis na nakapagbook online.. meron ba dun field na paglalagyan ng credit card number mo? kasi nagtry kame nung friend ko mag mock booking pero hindi nanghihingi ng credit card number. issuing bank lang saka visa or mastercard aside from the personal questions regarding the passenger.

ang alam ko sis hinihingi din ang card details mo pag online booking. iyon kasi ang ginawa ko last year.

sana may mga bagong plane na ang zest air. noon kasi ang init sa loob ng plane. eto lang ang eroplanong nagpaypay bago magtake off. after 10 minutes pa lumamig sa loob ng plane.

hi sis alpha_ni_08: oo sis hinihingi credit card details baka matagal lang magload yung site kaya di pa sya nagaappear...nakakainis nga lang sa zest pagenter mo ng credit card details mo, wala manlang confirmation na they received your payment...mapagiisip kang..."huh?! anong nangyare?" tapos ang tagal pa bago dumating ng confirmation email...million years...kaya million years ka rin kakabahan kung nakabayad ka na nga ba o hinde..

Tawag ka sa hotline sis. Asahan mong makakailang tawag ka bago mo makuha yung flight details mo.

Mga sis may tanong ako...kase yung tickets ko may 10 caticlan to manila hindi sya promo fare nonrebookable....tapos after the zest air accident naglabas sila ng promo na extremely lower sa price na binook ko tapos rebookable, tapos yung ibang fares na same nung fare ko...naging rebookable na on the dates na binook ko....hay gulo....pwede ko pa kayang iprotesta na gawin nilang rebookable yung flight ko? kainis talaga...

oh my... i have 2 free roundtrip ticket pa naman to any of their local destination because of the standard chartered promo...

iniisip ko tuloy kung gagamitin ko pa...

same here, hubby was offered SC platinum card, ayaw na nga sana nya ng additional CC but he got it anyway coz of the Asian Spirit/Zest Air free tickets ...

but for us, we'd rather fly Zest Air than Seair, never again talaga!

Anyhoo...solved na problem ko...lahat daw ng nagavail ng regular fares before maglabas ng promo ang zest air e rebookable na kahit nakaindicate sa e-ticket na non-rebookable...you would just have to pay for some fees...

^I should have said "common" instead of standard practice of painting over airline logos in an event of an accident. A logo is intented to make people remember the company. So anyone seeing the wreckage with the logo still uncovered will automatically asociate the company with accidents/destruction.

i read here that manila-caticlan flights were rerouted to kalibo after the january incident... ganun pa din ba till now???

my gosh kasi, ten years na, i still haven't gotten thru their ticketing offices (yung main reservation hotline, yung pasay, cubao and makati offices)

^Open na ang Caticlan airport. It opened day after the accident just to make sure walang debris sa runway.

super delayed ba lagi zest air? i was able to book a a ticket for me and my friends going to bohol on the independence day weekend for only php1500 each.. but im wary baka delayed lahat ng flights

naku naman sana di magkaron ng problema

sana ok para sa zest air na rin kami paguwi namin sa bikol this holy week

hassle to the max ang zest air  baka dahil mura and sale yun flights pero it shouldn't be like that at all...

we booked 2 flights fo manila to cebu, round trip. ewan ko ba sa site nila, bakit di ko nakuha yun transaction number ko, hanggang credit card payment lang. i tried calling their hotline but i couldn't get thru.

the next day, i tried calling and hapon nako nagkaron ng kausap. so i got my transaction numbers and asked them to email me the copy. the girl informed me that our flight from manila to cebu was moved from 4AM to 7:50AM. so ok lang, kaya di na kami umangal at least hindi na early morning flight. the copies she emailed me were just for 1 transaction lang. grrrr...

ok so after a week (since march pa naman yun flight namin and busy ako wala akong spare time to wait for such a long time para may makausap sa hotline nila), i called again to get my e-tickets. i was informed that the flight back to manila was moved as well, from 8PM to 10PM. we land here at 11:15 which is too late for us since we plan yo go to work the next day. so the solution was they give us seats sa earliest flight out of cebu (since they were the one who changed the flight schedule) and that's 9:45 AM. totally nasira yun agenda namin for that day because of this  instead of a relaxed last day e wala na, we leave early na.....

ganun ba talaga  they dont even inform us of the changes, kailangan pa talaga tiyagain yun hotline nilang 100 years bago ka magkaron ng kausap before mo malaman.  never again.....
