Hi mga sisses na mahilig sa Thai food like me!  I had cooking lessons in Thailand a couple of years back.  You might want to try it when you visit there, you'll appreciate how fun it is and how easy to make Thai food.  Unlike Chinese cooking, it does not have as many ingredients.  I'm sure you'll love it!

i miss chicken satay, pad thai and sticky rice w/ mango! i remember tuloy food tripping everytime we visit Bangkok few years ago.. (kasi naman ang gulo na dun ngayon, nakakatakot tuloy bumalik!)

^ more of spicy (na mixed w/ sweet) common rin sa kanila yung use of coconut/ coconut milk, lemongrass and pandan.

Finally experienced another Thai resto aside from Soms.
Tried Jatujak and since then I've been craving for the cripsy catfish salad. Yummy!

The best pad thai I've ever had: Sen Lek in SM Makati's food court (P80)! Big serving and very tasty! Their khao pad's also yummy

8 Spices for authentic thai food.. try their shrimp pomelo salad, pandan shake, chicken cashew, udon pad thai. nakakumay lang sa gata pag naparami ng kain ng thai food :p

Tried Chariya's Thai Kitchen a few months back. Sobrang excited ako kasi the eatery was even reviewed by chef Reggie Aspiras for INQ, plus there was another write-up pa plastered at the counter.

Yech! Never again. Som's na nga ata ang pinakama-okay and affordable..Sayang wala ng Sukhothai. :-(

^ Sis, try Khao Pad at Ortigas Home Depot.  Mas nagustuhan ko siya kesa Som's.  The last time I ate at Som's, di ko masyado nagustuhan.

^Oo nga sis isa pa yan sa gusto kong kainan! I think I read somewhere na ito yung Mommy Thai's sa may Balara dati? Nakakain na ako dun nung college days and sana ganun pa din kasarap!  Ortigas lang kasi sya waa. but will try to fit a visit to Ortigas kapag nasa Manila ako. Thanks!
