drginacanlas, i ate at khao pad last may lang. super sarap ng "mixed". for only 120, tatlo na kaung mag e enjoy. sarap talaga lahat pati yung spring rolls. best ever! tried jatujak but nothing special naman sa food nila.

How is their pad thai? I saw this thai resto in Pasong Tamo Mkti. ACross Goldilocks. Thai Sticks and Steaks. Then below their name is "Sukhothai" Maybe same owner ng Sukhothai. I wanna try it too!

we used to eat lunch there nung nasa makati pa ako nagwowork. i love their chicken in crispy cups. tapos lagi kong order 'yung thai bagoong rice. at ang thai iced tea, winner. lagi pa kaming may takeout neto. hehe!

share ko lang a funny story.. i have a thai colleague. ofcourse being a fan of pad thai, nagpaturo ako sa kanya magluto nito.. so i was jotting down all the ingredients..until she mentioned "minica"..i asked her kung sa thailand lang ba 'yun nabibili and then she looked at me like i was weird or something. tapos sabi niya available daw sa buong mundo 'yun..tapos inulit-ulit pa niya "minica, minica, minica!" (in varied tones pa yan hehe)..so i looked at my other colleague who's pinoy pero like me, she was perplexed too..tapos suddenly it came to me..vinegar! hehe hanggang ngayon, i still haven't tried cooking the recipe she gave me..wala pang time. at medyo tinatamad din ako magluto..pero sana one of these days, e ma-try ko na rin

We tried My Thai Kitchen at Eastwood Mall yesterday.  Not authentic!  Not yummy!  Don't bother going.

Nung college pa ako (a year ago), we used to frequent SR Thai (dapitan branch, nearest to Med Building) Tuwang tuwa ako sa owner e, lagi kami binabati pag papasok kami. "good morning ( pronounciation nya makes it sound like "good monin"

I love eating pad thai, sizzling beef, mixed rice. Sarap sarap ng milktea
Mura pa. 89 per meal, and the drink is 25 yata or 50. Sulit na sulit, ok pa ang servings, kung sa babae, mejo madami, pero sa guys sakto i guess? Nakakamiss kumain , mapuntahan nga ulet one of these days

Ate at Banana Leaf Asian CAfe at Rockwell yesterday. Ordered pad thai (P188),bagoong rice (P188),chicken satay (P128) for 4 sticks. Super sarap nung chicken satay! It even comes with a special sauce! Even my daughter loved it. The pad thai was by far the best I've had. They have two kinds-pad thai thai style and banana leaf style. I got the thai style of course. The bagoong rice was yummy,although I found it a bit expensive kasi rice lang talaga sya,walang mango and pork.Then ka-price lang  nya pad thai then mas mahal pa sya sa ibang rice toppings. Pero it's good,dapat lang may ulam pa  Good for two yung dishes nila. I eat a lot so good for 2 nga talaga yun. I also found out na mas expensive yung BAnana Leaf CUrry House (the one in Greenbelt and Podium).May discount din sila 10% sa ibang credit cards kaya ok talaga.

i like tom yum! staple na ito sa thai food menu ko, the pomelo salad, the chicken pandan and satay! yum!

Miss ko na rin SR Thai. Meron pa ba sila branches? We used to frequent the one in Quezon Ave pero wala na sila dun.

for authentic thai food try benjarong at dusit hotel. i also love people's place and for super affordable thai food there's soms! =)

Finally I was able to go back again to 168 last Saturday! The pad thai in the thai stall in the food court is still the best pad thai for me-well,actually tied with Banana Leaf's thai style pad thai.

sisses, what about The Thai Kitchen in Robinson's Galleria? Has anyone tried it na? Any comment?

i've tried it so many time, I love the food there, buffet kasi sya tapos eat all you can pa for  259 malunch and dinner. yun nga lang laging puno ang place, kaya you better be there early para hindi ka magwait at makaupo at eat all you can na...

   Sis Rpattz, I only know of two branches, in 168 and in Reposo, Makati. Actually same owner lang ang Jatujak and Chariya's kaya siguro halos same lang din ang taste pero mas pricey ata si Jatujak.... tagal na kasi ako di napapadaan sa Jatujak.

grabe sa banana leaf. we ordered every single pad thai dish yata there, some curry and naan. we finished them all. 4 lang kami. busog na busog kami.
