Although a lot of regular patronizers had become diabetic in the end what brands do you like the most? How often do you consume it?

I don't drink softdrinks.. regular, light or any kind. hehe..

Way back then, I love drinking softdrinks. Like almost everyday, I consume 1 glass of Coke (its my favorite soda by the way ). I like the regular one instead of light since it doesn't taste good as the regular. Anyhow, I stopped drinking it when I realized that its not healthy. Its been months now since I stopped drinking Coke and I'm glad that I never miss it.

learned to drink this when i was 13yo... hindi kasi suggested ng pedia so hindi talaga bumibili sa house! ngayon, paminsan-minsan lang -

i love pepsi, moutain dew, mirinda 
of course, regular coke, pero at times kelangan magtiis to get coke 0 'cause hubby's diabetic... diet sprite is also good... 
i also like dalandan soda of zesto

^ thanks sis! naalala ko yung A&W rootbeer na binibili ko sa S&R, sarap din, especially when chilled... yung hindi mo ilalagay sa glass w/ ice

ako din pampakalma ko ang softdrinks. pag galit ako or badtrip parang umiinit tenga ko kaya i always have to have a coke handy.

fave ko talaga yun coke decaf. kaso ang nabibili ko lang na ganun is yun in can. gold can siya. nakakabili lang ako nito sa mga duty free malls specifically sa clark at subic. favorite ko talaga to super.

ang epekto saken ng coke --> it lightens my mood. upper ko to eh.

I'm trying to avoid drinking softdrinks since I became acidic. I remember being rushed into the hospital 'coz I suffered from severe pain. So madalas iced tea na lang inoorder ko whenever we eat out. Though sa bahay, can't help but pour a glass of coke whenever they buy 1 liter. (mga 1-2 times a week lang naman)

Di kami masyado sa softdrinks pero since my mom has this cute sari-sari store mula pa nung grade 3 ako, me and my siblings get to taste a variety of it, from Coke Products to Pepsi, Pop, pati nga yung RC Cola na nauso din noon. Masyadong matamis ang Coke kumpara sa Pepsi (for us).

Sa ngayon if I get the chance to drink softdrinks, Sprite/ 7 Up is better than Coke / Pepsi. Rootbeer, ok rin. And the refreshing Fruit Soda na tig-P6 lang per bottle. Masarap siya, kaya I allow my son to drink it, too. Pero bihira lang.
