Try making sunny side up using Olive Oil. I just discovered this & it'd really good. The white is crispy but yellow is still runny. Makes a lot of difference using olive oil.

Sunny side up with runny yolk, not browned and seasoned with a bit of salt. I spoon hot oil over the yolk just enough to cook the slimy part on top.
