Hi! Question naman. Flying a budget airlines to hk(tigerairways) and planning not to check in any baggage puro carry on bags lang kami. Can I check in the stroller for free?  Over 2yrs old na daughter ko by the time na aalis kami. Last year kasi 10month old lang siya kaya free yung pag-check in ng stroller niya. Di kasi indicated sa faq ng website ng tiger air eh. TIA

i departed manila last week, i have with me a Kor Bottle (water bottle) na 500ml and half-filled with water, di naman nila ako ask pero i asked them bago pa ko pumasok dun sa last screening after ng immigration if pwede yun para itapon ko yung water or not, sabay n ila ok naman daw eh..

Ang alam ko free talaga yan. Bale before kayo sumakay sa airplane, ipapaiwan yan sa mga crew tapos lalagyan nila ng tag. Makukuha mo sa carousel na.

sorry..i know a lot has asked about this na. not sure if dito sa thread na to, sino pong nakatravel lately na hand-carry ang tripod sa domestic airport? last time i did (june last year), pinalagay sa check in baggage ko eh. maliit lang kasi un kaya pwede...this time, DSLR na camera ko..so mas malaking tripod...please help.

On our recent trip to marinduque last month - Manila domestic, pina-checkin sa amin ang tripod.

Hi, questions lang..

1. I'll be flying to KL next week ok lang ba na pinagsama-sama ko yung medicines ko sa isang lalagyan and hand carry ko lang - may 2 seretide (steroidal spray for asthma) and other OTC medicines. Medyo magtatagal kasi ako sa KL and dati sa SG, hindi nila ni-honor yung prescription ng friend ko kaya need ko manigurado since maintenance medicine ito.

2. 30kg ang baggage allowance ko pero 2 check-in bag yung dala ko, 1 is 25kg and the other is 5kg lang, ok lang ba yun?

3. Pwede bang magdala ng android/ipad (sa hand-carry), yung mga cheap lang na nabibili dito sa atin? I will not bring a laptop kasi. May risk ba sa pagdadala nito, or games and surfing lang naman.

^1. how big is the container of your spray? If 100ml or less pwede sa handcarry mo as long as the total LAGs (liquid, aerosol, gels/creams) will not exceed a 1 liter plastic bag. Otherwise, you have to check them in.

2. Depends on the airline you are taking meron pumapayag ng up to 2pcs of consolidated baggage allowance meron din naman na 1pc = all your baggage allowance. Suggest you get in touch with your airline so no surprises when you get to the check-in counter.

3. Pwede naman. Better to place your electronic items in your handcarry bag. I always have my iPad, iPhone and camera either in my purse or handcarry bag.

can i ask po kung pwede mag dala ng chicharon, cigarette 1 rim, at canned goods sa hand carry? i'm flying to malaysia air asia sasakyan ko pwede ba magdala ng ganon? sana may makasagot salamat.

^better to check-in.  1 rim of cigars yan eh, unless sa duty-free mo binili. alam ko may restrictions sa malaysia, not sure if kasama cigarette dun. but canned goods definitely check-in yan sis. sake mabigat if hand-carry mo diba...

1. ang alam ko pwede yung inhaler.. but other med, better to check-in na lang.

2. yup. as long as pay nag-excess ka babayaran mo. when we went to KL hung May, we (hubby & i) had 4 check-in luggages eh. peru Cathay Pacific kami and Marco Polo member.. but i remember young friend naming eh budget airline sinakyan (from manila) and 2 run check-in nina malalake pa. he paid excess na lang since excess talaga siya.

3. yes pwede. turn it off na lang pag-board sa plane. electronics are safer na hand-carry than check-in.. you know, there are some issues of stolen stuffs sa check-in luggages.

pwede sis, pag nag-excess naman pababayaran lang nila sayo. checkin naman eh.

just to share, eithad allows 23kl check in baggage and it doesn't matter how many it is. if you are an etihad guest member, +5kl pa.

for hand carry, they are not very strict with the weight of the luggage as long as it will fit the cabin.

Hi sisses, pwede bang magcheckin ng food? Like lobster or shrimp? Gusto ko sana magtake out hehe ng seafoods from boracay tapos iuwi sa manila :-)

^Pwede naman as long as properly packed yung food or seafood. Usually you can have them packed in styroboxes. Pero mahal ang seafood sa Boracay unless sa mismong Kalibo market ka bibili.

Thanks sis mama squeak! Iniisip ko yung lobster kasi hehe. Mas mahal pa din dito sa manila kesa sa boracay. Talaga mas mura seafoods sa Kalibo market? Check ko nga kung saan yan  Thanks sis!
