Re Hand-carry & check-in baggages

Pwede naman sis, basta maliit lang.

Yun sa ticket, sa air phil and cebpac flights ko last month di ako nakapagpaprint ng ticket, kinuha lang yun id ko kahit may kopya ako ng ticket number ko.

my cousin and grandmom went to japan this afternoon lang. nagdala sila ng cake, bucket of chicken and hotdog sandwich from jollibee. sa NAIA walang problem pero sa airport sa japan hindi pinayagang ilabas yung food. cake na lang ang nadala nila, pinaiwan na sa airport yung iba pa. ewan kung ano ang gagawin dun, sayang nga eh! ngayon lang nila na-encounter yung ganun kahit lagi naman sila nagdadala ng food sa hand carry, most of the time naman jollibee yung dala nila pero hindi nila dinadala yung gravy kasi bawal. nakakalungkot lang, nasayang yung perang pinambili nila nun.

Yung cousin ko 4x a year pumupunta ng sg, yung chickenjoy, cooked pampanga's best tocino, cooked purefoods corned beef nilalagay sa microwavable containers.

^If it's for personal use no problem pero kung commercial quantity na yung tipong mga more than 3 bottles baka ka ma-question. Okay lang kung hindi makita at makalusot.

talaga sis? yup 3 bottles lang talaga. ang concern ko lang is kung hindi ba bawal yung mismong slimming pills? tapos eto pa pala isa, me nagbibilin sakin ng 200tabs of muscle relaxant, 200pcs of sleeping pills naman. pwede din kaya? i'm so stressed out not with my trip but the "pabilins"

^yikes! Kaka-stress talaga yang mga pabilins na ganyan. If I were you just bring what you feel comfortable bringing. Mahirap nang ma-question pag nakita na marami kang dalang gamot. Obvious naman na di pang personal use. Amerika pa eh mga tao dun paranoid & stricto.

mismo sis. I only plan to bring 1 luggage for check in tapos purse lang for handcarry pa naman. I wouldn't mind sana if it's just the typical bilin na pasalubong but meds that need prescription tapos commercial quantity pa? ako nga paranoid to bring my supplements. anyways, thanks sis for answering my queries.

yeah, 2 lang dapat bitbit mo sa cabin, 1 carry on + your purse. Luggages should be checked in.

Pupunta ako sa States next month and tanong ko lang if pwedeng ang hand carry ko ay 1 luggage, 1 backpack, and 1 purse?

Ang ilalagay siguro dun sa luggage ay mga damit and siguro kung anong foods lang. Dun naman sa backpack, andun yung laptop, other gadgets, and siguro damit kung may ilang piraso na masiksik. Dun naman sa purse, dun lahat ng personal stuff and yung mga kailangan like ticket, boarding pass, etc.

Ayaw mo i-check in yung luggage mo? Anyway, they wont allow you dear. 1 baggage (7kgs and below) plus 1 personal item (purse/laptop bag) lang pwede hand carry.

^Yung make up hinde naman issue. Yung perfume, not more than 100ml per bottle dapat. Pwedeng luggage basta pasok sa size and below 7kgs lang.

If your travel is for Europe, and if your $60 is only the money you will have in your purse while on the flight there, do make sure that someone else is going to meet you at your final destination and take care of all your needs upon your arrival.

If you are going to Europe as a tourist, the immigration officer will ask you how much money you have brought with you, for you to spend in the number of days that you are visiting Europe as a tourist.  It may be a bit ticklish if when you are then being asked, you will say you only have a few dollars on you (since by then you would have spent most of the $60 at the 2 stops of your flight).  If you have international credit cards with you, that situation won't be as ticklish.  But you do need Euros on you, since you will need Euros in cash for public rides from the airport to wherever you are staying - if you are not going to be picked up by someone, etc. etc.

Bring dollars and Euros.

^There's a Philippine Travel tax counter sa departure lobby. Pay muna your travel tax (Php1620) before ka pumunta sa check-in counter. Yung airport tax (Php750) naman after ka mag-check in magbabayad. Before ka pumasok sa immigration area meron mga airport tax counter kung saan ka magbabayad.

Pag nasa immigration counter ka na, passport, boarding pass and return ticket (kung tourist) ang papakita sa immig officer. Kung kamo petition ka ni hubby, ang papakita mo instead of return ticket documents related sa pagpetition sa yo.

After ka matatakan ng departure stamp, proceed ka na sa departure gate.

^yes, and nakareflect din sa visa mo yung status mo. No other fees after travel tax & airport tax in Manila. When you arrive in Europe wala ng babayaran.

For the cabin:
01 handcarry bag not more than 7kgs (pwede trolley bag basta within 22x14x9in ang sukat)
01 purse or backpack or laptop bag (basta isa lang)

For check-in:
01 bag/maleta not more than 20kgs

Re your e-ticket, to be sure ask your hubby to give you a scanned copy of the front of his credit card (just the front ha) and an ID.
