^ok lang ang pills kahit walang prescription, just put them all on checked bag. With chocolates or candies, you can bring some, but make sure it's in small portion. I brought some candies with me, pero hindi marami. Hindi na tinatanggal ang socks if you go through security. Happy trip!

this happened to me sa HK airport. pauwi na kami ng mom ko. tapos she went to the restroom. a group of DH approached me and asked kung pwede daw makicombine ng check in baggage. i agreed. tapos nung turn ko na magcheck in i asked the one from cebu pacific kung pwede ba ipangalan dun sa isang dh yun mga check in bags since hand carry lang dala namen. para di na kami maabala pag antay nung luggages nila sa NAIA. the lady told me that random daw ang pagpili nung name so as to avoid yun mga nakikisabay na hindi naman magkakakilala para makatipid sa bayad ng excess baggage. good thing yun napili niya is from someone from the group of dh din.

when my mom came back. napagalitan niya ko.. kasi nga hindi ko naman alam kung ano laman nung mga maleta nila.. baka daw magkaprob yun madadamay pa kami..

there.. i learned my lessons..

Teka, bakit ganon.

Pag sabi nila na combined luggage... at the check in counters, they just want to make sure na magkakasama talaga kayo... as in 1 family, or 1 tour group traveling together.  Then, it does not matter if 1 person is overweight or not.  It is none of  their business who owns which bag, as long as the total weight of check in is within the group's allowable limit.
Hindi nila "raffle" off under whose name ilalagay ang mga baggage... that is illegal.  Coz you are answerable only for what you claim is yours.  Eh kung sa group tours nga eh you cannot trust everyone na walang contraband na nakapasok sa maleta nang kung sino.  But at the counter tatanggapin ang combined luggage weight.

Eh soap po kaya? Yung CYLEINA mga 100 pcs nun ddalin ko sa US masisita po ba ako? ;D

Masisita ka if your baggage is opened... this is done on a random basis, malas mo na lang pag nakaisip pabuksan sa yo.
No way you can pass of 100 bars as "for personal use" or as "gifts"

You can bring your pills -- in your checked or handcarried bags, kahit na walang prescriptions... preferably in original packaging.
If you travel and repackage your meds... like I do for convenience... just be ready to explain what these are.  Relax basta wala kang dala na prohibited drugs.

Chocolates?  Candies... Sure, dala ka.  Pero hwag naman yung commercial quantity sa sobrang bitbit mo ha.    Common sense na lang yan.

Enjoy your trip!  Just relax.  Wala ka namang ginagawang masama.

^when i worked for SIA, meron limit ng handcarry for liquids and aerosols. same lang naman yata for all airlines, but non, may certain restrictions pa din kung san country mago-originate yung flight. usually dapat hinde more than 100ml per container. liquids that your baby will use will be allowed basta declared and packed properly.

^which airlines will you be flying with sis? kase sa SIA pwede naman yung mga juice, milk, milk powder, prescription drugs, and water basta for babies. But since toddler na pala sya, you might wanna call them na lang if it's going to be allowed.

I'm travelling Go Lite with Cebu Pac (domestic lang)
Ngayon ko lang naisip, what should I do with my contact lens solution? Pano yun, better to transfer to a smaller container? I can't bring the whole big bottle sa hand carry ko, right?

OT, may free wifi ba sa Terminal 3? just in case somebody knows.....

also, pwede ba maghandcarry ng small scissors? pangcut kasi don sa bandages niya, he just undergo ingrown surgery eh...

^^Sa terminal 2 kasi may free internet na and may laptop table so most likely baka lahat ng airport may wifi na.

@eeatrice: siguro you may ask your doctor to give you medical certificate na kelangan nyo magdala ng disposable needles. But with scissors, better na pre-cut bandages nalang ang dalin nyo.

Better transfer it to a smaller container (up to 100ml only).
