Re Hand-carry & check-in baggages

sa akin sis handcarry din lang yung cologne ko pero naka clear plastic spray na 50ml lang. and syempre dapat naka zip lock 

hindi dapat mag over ng 100ml. mga sis correct me if im wrong.

share ko lang din, go lite kasi kami from davao so 7kg handcarry lang allowed. I know sobra na sa 7kg yung duffel bag ko tapos meron pa ko plastic bag pero hindi naman ako napansin na.

^may nakita ako nag hand carry ng cake, cebu pac.  as in ang daming rolls from red ribbon nilang dala, isang buong family.

^^yes pwde sya as long as hindi mahigpit yun country na pupuntahan mo. Some countries kasi like Australia, bawal talaga. Pulvoron, mamon with cheese, ensaymada etc, bawal sya coconfiscate nila talaga, Ang pinayagan lang nila is yun plain mamon walang cheese, walang filling, walang icing

i brought birthday cake nung thursday lang, pabalik ako hk fr4om vacation sa pinas. personalize kasi yung cake for my hubby's birthday. wala namang nanita pero todo ingat lang ako sa cake, baka kasi masira. mahirap din pala magdala ng cake, luckily wala akong katabi sa seat kaya sa seat ko na lang nilagay instead dun sa overhead compartment.

we'll be going home on January. mag stop over kami sa HK and stay there for 2 days. Q: paano yung nakacheck-in na baggage namin? ibababa ba namin or pwede na mauna sa Manila at i-claim na lang namin pagdating?

^You have to get your bags and check them in again on your departure.

^ay, ganon? hindi po ba pwede i-request sa airline yun? dami pala namin bitbitin..

^For security reasons, the airline will not allow checked-in bags on a flight without the owner/passenger. Before you leave check with the airline if there is a left behind/baggage storage place at the arrival area of HKG. Before there used to be, not sure lang now kung meron pa. Another option for you, is to ship your bags as cargo. Yun lang additional expense on your part.

^Good luck, sis. I personally know CX is a strict airline when it comes to security. To help you out, I checked the HKG airport site:

Hi! Does anyone know if Eva Air is strict when it comes to weighing of check-in baggages? My hubby is coming from the US and his balikbayan box and big luggage both weigh less than 60 lbs. Masita kaya sya? TIA

ako naman...from pinas going to U.S through Eva Air...strict ba sila sa check in baggages? And kunyari my laptop ako ibig ba sabihin nun di na ko pwede magdala ng backpack and purse na lang pwede kong dalhin?

what about sa jewelries, strict ba ngayon sa U.S? balak ko kasi dalhin jewelries ko eh tapos yung ibang fake jewelries sa check in ko na lang..

^when he left for the US, his balikbayan box weighed 56lbs while his luggage 51lbs. Hindi naman daw pinansin na.

pasensya ka na ha ..medyo gusto ko lang talaga siguraduhin kasi baka kung kailan ako nasa airport biglang sabihin na bawal..:-)

Pag ba nagdala ng laptop bag, pwede pa ko magsuksok ng ibang gamit don, like pasalubong?    Pasensya na, grabe nalilito na ko kung pano ko pagsisiksikan sa luggage ko ang mga gamit ko eh.

sis krispie, based on my experience at raleigh/durham airport, they only allow 2 carry-on baggages when u go through the security check.  i remember carrying my oversized handbag, my laptop bag and a plastic bag of books, they asked me to put the books inside the bags.  this was last september lang.
