There's a new hotel on Makati Ave corner Kalayaan Ave -- St. Giles Hotel. Never tried it, but it looks nice from the outside (but rather small). A room should be around Php3,000.

same question but for Malayan Plaza.  Mahigpit ba sila sa number of guests? 

Plan to book studio deluxe na twin sharing, 5 adults and 3 - 13 yrs olds na kiddo/teen agers.  Kasi if mahigpit, we might book na lang sa Legend Villas.

natuloy kami sa malayan plaza last weekend.  di sila ganun kahigpit sa number of guests kahit sabay- sabay kami pumasok/check in.

malaki yung 2-bedroom superior nila mga almost 100-120sqm.  got it for 5,900 with free 4 buffet breakfast.  since, it's a condotel, complete sa gamit -- stove, ref, rice cooker, cooking utensils, sets of plates, glasses, electric kettle, microwave, etc.

parang picnic lang ginawa namin sa loob.  nag-grocery kami sa mega then nagsaing and relaxed the whole time na nasa loob kami while the kids enjoyed the pool.   

yung free buffet breakfast, so-so lang.  di na nga ako nakaulit.  pero overall, maganda at okay sa hotel/condotel na ito.

sis, bat mas mura sa asiatravel kesa pag magdirect with the hotel booking ako? 7k++ pag sa hotel mismo ngpabook, sa asiatravel e 5K++.
wala bang hidden charges pa na di naisama pag sa asiatravel? kc sabi nman nung nakausap ko dun nung tumawag ako, me special agreement cla with the hotel kaya lower rates sila.

^this is one of my concerns too sa asiatravel. Yung mag aappear ba sa total amount (hotel fee + the tax/service charge) yun lang machacharge sa credit card mo? nadala na kasi ako sa Orbitz eh, after I booked ang daming charges sa credit card ko.
