Nice Hotel or CondoTel that is not too pricey...where?

been to city garden hotel and traveller's inn in makati twice.

city garden - superior room is 3k plus. coffee/tea maker, shower with bathtub, mini bar, telephone, room safe, hair dryer, wifi available, well-stocked refrigerator, cable television. inclusions: buffet breakfast for two, free use of the swimming pool and gym.

traveller's inn - one bedroom with bath room, living room and kitchenette (complete with cookware and dinnerware), refrigerator. rate is 1500-1900 / night.

plan ko din sana sa city garden, mga 9-10 days stay, sis ok ba dun? i mean yung mga rooms and service nila? though di pa ko naka-book, one of our options kc i'd like to look around pa din. TIA

Hi, Try nyo sa The Malayan Plaza along Ortigas. Affordable naman siya, and malaki yung 1br Suite niya, ganda pa ng view and malapit sa mga malls.

Yes I agree, maganda rin sa Lancaster Suites, maluwag pa sa mga party.

How much in Malayan Plaza? how about in Lancaster Suites?

sis, nkita ku yung website ng gohotel.. maganda nga siya tapos abago.. pwede na rin sulit na.. naglalro yung price sa date eh.. amy 399, 588, 888.. ok na din maganda.. nung nkita ku mag ppreserve n aku magagastos lang is 4116. ok na din.

nakita ko sa TripAdvisor about sa Lancaster Hotel in Mandaluyong ok naman ang reviews nila malapit pa sa lahat condotel sya and ok din sa Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila pinagpipilian lang namin kung alin ang mas maganda ok din sana ang Malayan Hotel kaso may mga reviews na nabasa ako na di daw maganda ang service nila

Me and my 2 kids spent our weekends sa Lancaster. The hotel wasn't that nice, medyo maliit ang lobby. May mga negative experience lang ako, bagal ng service. I'll make the whole kwento in a blog, post ko dito link. I initially booked at Malayan, pero I changed my mind and end up sa Lancaster. November 2008, we stayed in Sofitel, the hotel is nice.

^^ I tried booking na for December in gohotel (masyado lang excited) para pag uwi namin kasi knowing baka ma fully booked na agad pero d pa sila nag aaccept yata kasi no available ang lumalabas..

visit www.asiatravel.com. they have low rates for discovery suites and malayan plaza.

pwede mag-bring ng food on both hotels, you can opt to have it delivered as well. at the same time, you can cook there too. discovery also has nice buffet breakfast. Malayan, dont even think about it.

Richmonde is also ok and is cheaper than Malayan (or same price;;am not sure) and mas ok breakfast nila.

Pag nasa 4k na ang price, you can go for a hotel already. Try Richmonde, 4 stars yan pero sakin 5 stars na rin. Complete yan may tub pa, european interiors with buffet breakfast for 2. Mura from Asiatravel.com

I had the same dilemma kasi before, was looking for decent but cheap hotels. Or nice condotels.

I've tried Astoria. really spacious, modern, may tub din and mukha na ring hotel. Ortigas to. mga 3500 siguro to, asiatravel din. basta mag asiatravel or agoda kayo.

So it all depends on the budget.

Based on the posts here wanna try BSA sa Makati pati [textspeak!] city garden hotel. Elan in greenhills mukhang ok din.

Any decent hotel near the airport? ayoko lang talaga ng maingay na neighborhood lalo na mga shady areas.

Been to Kabayan, but it's somewhere I won't bring guests kasi ang gulo sa Taft. ALthough for additional info, it's very clean and yung kama nila pang hotel na rin.
