^Sis SAKURA_BLOOM! Kasi minsan humaharap ako sa laptop ko bago ako matulog. E ang laptop, TV, ilaw emit UV ray din. In short, nkakaitim din sila. Low SPF lang naman at manipis lang naman pahid ko kaya ok lang, at least may shield ako.

1st part:
while taking a bath
wash face
Toothbrush
soap body then scrub
scrub din ng feet
DIY body bleaching then wash.

2nd part Face:
toner
moisturizer

3rd part:
put my homemade whitening lotion   
drink 1 glass of water
pray and kiss my son and husband

my night rituals:
-warm shower using mestiza soap for body
-washing face using shulammite carrot soap
-honeylemon mask / lemonsugar scrub every other day
-apply sunflower beauty oil on blemishes, UA, lips.
-apply contractubex on scars
-apply lotion on knees and elbows..

my night ritual for my face for the past few months...

1. remove make-up - kahit na powder lang...remove pa rin.
2. clean my face - cetaphil and vichy mist ( forgot the wholename), no water for my face at night
3. eye cream
4. argan oil for the rest of the face

yun na. pang tamad lang. ahhaha. pero after nyan, I also put argan oil to my hair...para pag shower next morning...ganda ng hair

actually di sya night ritual, kasi night shift ako..

but this is what i do when i get home before I go to sleep..

1st things 1st.. prep my bath room..
- light candles
- light a tea light candle for my oil burner.. most relaxing is using peppermint oil.. very soothing scent
- play my bathtime playlist, slow jams lang.. 1st track: until the end of time by justin timberlake so relaxing.. medyo kakanta kanta (and sway sway) ka pa while doin ur ritual.. hahahaha

scrub with VMV Spring Cleaning churva
apply eye cream Swiss Eye Contour Gel
toothybrushee
Carmex lip balm
apply Neosporin for blemishes (super effective, as in overnight)
mist face with MAC charged water

no moisturizer.. i hate the feeling.. although sometimes i put celetech oil free.. pero minsan lang.. i know that's bad


One thing i picked up here, that ill definitely add to my ritual is :
applying calamansi
applying castor oil to my lashes and eyebrows

Toner - dickinson's witch hazel
Moisturize - sa face nylydal's collagen cream, sa body bn e.w lotion (color yellow)

This is my night ritual :

Take a warm shower at night
Wash face with physiogel
Use clarisonic with VMV facial scrub
Toothbrush

Use Dickinsons witch hazel toner
Apply Epiduo gel at least 3x a wk not everyday
Use Moisturiser at night.....for now Im using Laneige's water sleeping pack
Apply Laneige's spot treatment for old blemishes

I think I found my best nigh ritual kasi my skin has never been better. Panggabi pa work ko nyan but I have the privilege of working at home...so there :-)

Sometimes pala I alternate my Dickinsons witch hazel toner with Mario Badescu glycolic toner and or Eskinol toner with Dalacin - c pag may blemishes pag wala na no more kasi drying masyado sa kin yung Eskinol.

anyways.. I only apply stieva-a at night and somtimes about once a week, uguisu no fun mask yung puti from uguisu poo.

Royale kojic sa face, then milk mask after nun maxipeel moisturizer. Sa body royal kojic, then loofah scrub and babad ng tls premium for 10mins. Then nivea lotion.
