Baby ko sa BDO. Junior Savers Club

may BDO account din yung anak ko. hindi nga nila sinasabe about the discount coupon. at wala ako nun. since nagtanong ako about mga discount ang binigay saken yung junior savers club na card. hindi naman saken ininform san ko magagamit yun.   

^yeah kainis bdo hindi nila sinasabi na may discount cad. you have to ask for it pa and parang you need to apply. asar di ba? parang ayaw ioffer.

i emailed the customer service of BDO about this. kasi nagtataka nga ako bakit wala din binigay discount card/ID samen. the customer service rep then contacted the branch where i opened and asked them why i was not given the card nga. this was the reply of the branch:

Hi Ms. Wendz,
                        You are correct, a discount card is given to JSC account holder if account balance is P 2,000.00 pesos and  above.  Our appologies if our ma's have  not informed the client properly regarding this.  Our branch is a converted EPCIB branch and our ma's were not fully briefed on this matter.  Anyway, we will  call the proper channel  for us to be installed the system for the requesition the mentioned discount card. We will take care of informing the client about this matter. Rest assured that we will continue to service our clients the best way we can.  We find ways.

ayan...pero i still haven't been contacted by anyone from BDO. sabagay, last thursday pa lang naman sila nag-email na ganito. mga sis who have similar concerns, baka converted EPCIB din yung napag-openan nyo ng JSC account for your babies so baka ganito din ang excuse nila.

Mga Sis bakit yun sa baby ko above 2k na yun wala man lang information kung meron ba or wala. Bukas ask ko sila magdedeposit na naman ako dun

hmm parang modus na nga nila yan walang form eh..imagine lahat nalang ata yon ang sabi satin.sakin din eh ganyan ang sinabi. kakainis tuloy
sana nag LBC bank nalang ako. kasi ang chikiting acct nila 200 lang maintaining at 5%PA pa.then may free dental check up..hayys kakapagsisi..sana mabasa ng management nila ang hinaing natin hehe..

Ganyan din sabi sakin, pero meron naman application form dun sa branch nila. Converted EPCI lang din kasi yun. When I went there, talagang may naka-ready ako na printout nung webpage para pag tumanggi isasampal ko talaga sa mukha nila. Pero buti nalang hindi, hindi din naman sila nag-explain kung bakit hindi nila agad binibigay, hindi ko narin tinanong. baka mapa-away lang ako pag di ko nagustuhan yung sagot.

when i opened a junior account for my son last year sa BDO Megamall, they already gave me a form for the discount card, then pinabalik nila ako after a month to claim the card. Now, we enjoy na yung mga freebies & discounts sa participating establishments

the bank already called me and asked me to come na so i could fill up the form. kasi lagi ako nag-eemail sa customer service ng bdo and i think they really get in touch with your branch kaya natutulungan ka agad ma-resolve concern mo. i suggest mga sis to do the same. hehe

i went to bdo na kanina to fill up the so-called form for the discount card. pero pagdating ko wala naman daw sila form. pero they said na they already requested the card for me daw. wish ko lang totoo yun.

I opened an ITF Dollar account for my kid sa BPI.. pero gusto ko sya buksan din ng peso savings account.  kaso walang malapit na BDO here sa Navotas.  Im not sold on opening sa mall na account hheeh

nako ako din..went to bdo yest. sa sm muntinlupa..nako wala pa din daw form. ask nga ako sa kanila.. if i should file a complaint pa ba sa kanila before sila magkaron.

Bakit nga ata ang excuse nila eh walang form? Ano ba yun, gano ba ka-special ang form na yan at pahirapan silang magkaroon.  I'll be opening my son an account soon at BDO..let's see kung ano naman ang excuse nila if ever di ako mabigyan nito readily.

i want to open an account at BDO din for my son when he's older.  sa ngayon ang meron sya sa PSBank.

BAka naman pwedeng gumawa ang BDO ng downloadable form sa website nila para wala nang excuse na walang form.

oo nga, sana meron na lang form na pwede i-download... or better yet,dapat automatic na bigyan nila ng discount card pag nag-apply sa kanila ng junior savings account.

mga sis meron ba kayong list of requirements for opening a kiddie account sa metrobank? hindi ko kasi mahanap sa site nila, im planning to get one for my baby this month. sa BDO kasi they need more IDs from me so nahihirapan ako makakuha. as for BPI, wala naman silang pangbatang account ata, am i right?
