Chinese Schools (preschool,primary and HS)

St. Jude is ok, but they kill the childhood of the kids who attend school there. Agree, there must be a balance between academics and extra-curricular and I just don't see it in this school. Plus, is this the only school who selects their prom dates for their students? Eww

Natawa ako sa "kill" the childhood. 

Academics and extra-curricular activities like sports and the like now are more encouraged than before when I was still studying there. Yes, the studying part is hard but many if not most of the students that graduated there find college life much easier because of the training they have received from SJCS. I never appreciated the Chinese lessons there until I graduated, now I can speak straight Mandarin and converse with Taiwanese or Chinese mainland.

As for the prom dates, yes we have (assigned) dates but we are the only school who does this and we're original.

Well, my school didn't even have proms at all because it, to quote, encourages boy-girl relationships. Can any other Chinese school in Manila top that? Haha.

Any feedbacks re Quezon City Christian Academy in Cuenco Street?

My daughter is currently studying here. Okay naman siya. Right now the school is implementing a bridging program.
So my daughter is in grade 3 from May-October. Then grade 4 from Nov-April. Then regular school year next year.
Konti lang sila sa class, around 18. Then only 1 section per batch. So magkakasama sila hangang pag graduate nila

Medyo mahal narin ang tuition. Used to be 50-60k. Now nasa 75-80k.

darna88, it's always traffic as they are separated by a church and most often than not, the siblings of xavier students go to ICA and vice versa

^ re jubilee, sunday class is more of christian activity for the students, it is not mandatory, but there's plus points on attendance.

PIQC is good chinese school, they have good chinese curriculum there.

Yun friend son ng friend ko na nag aaral s st peter.. Nsa grade 3 cya. Around 60k ang tuition.
