I just started drinking Easy Phamax wheatgrass w/ honey. I replaced my dinner with this one, I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing for weight loss. One thing I observed, it changed my bowel movement.. Parang LBM nga eh. I dunno if it's normal, I'm on day 2 now.

i've tried drinking easy phamax wheatgrass juice with honey for about 1.5 months..tinigil ko na ngaun kasi naman sobrang bigat sa bulsa! tee hee!. dati i drink it 2x a day (before breakfast and before dinner). isang lagukan lang ang ginagawa ko tapos walang hinga hinga. hindi ko kayang inumin pag naaamoy ko cya. as in amoy damo! tho i know it's good for my body kaya tiis galore na lang. sana lang bumaba yung price kasi naman jusko sobrang mahal. ^_^

hi mga sis.. ask ko lang pwede kaya 2 sachets per taken na lang before breakfast ang gawin para isang inuman na lang, instead na 2x a day. once a day na lang pero 2x sachets sa isang inuman, para hindi hassle.. also mas effective ba talaga kapag before breakfast ininom ang wheatgrass?

@ sis sweet21 mas maganda rin kasi inumin ang wheatgrass at night. Parang full ang feeling kaya hindi ka nagugutom. You don't crave for food as well.

same here, i drink wheatgrass w/honey, para makatipid my officemates and i buy in bulk from their office in makati since its near ours.. i tried their so easy colon cleansing product last holy week din, it was effective for me.

we take wheatgrass tablets and powder... and last week we tried the fresh wheatgrass naman... we bought the juicer. 11,000 ang mahal naman nun. pero hindi daw kasi advisable ang juicer from china na mas mura.... okay naman ang fresh... mas madaling inumin coz naturally sweet...

i am taking wheatgrass tablets for almost 2weeks now.. wala namang purging stage or anything, my poo poo is more often na compared before but not naman yung hindi mo kayang pigilan ang urge especially if you're in a wrong place and at a very wrong time

wala pa naman ako masyado makita na effect sa body ko but i know in the long run it will be beneficial to me
