na try ko ang easy pha-max from 7-11 kahapon. medyo iba talaga ang lasa pero tolerable naman. busog nga ang feeling. ininom ko yun ng i think before 6pm. di ako nag dinner pero plan ko naman talaga na hindi na mag dinner kahapon pero wala yung cravings. minsan kasi kahit i-set mo na hindi ka mag eat kakain ka padin. tapos pagka gising hindi ko din type mag heavy breakfast nag coffee lang ako. medyo mahal sya for me kung everyday ko sya i-take kung sa 7-11 ako buy. pero mukhang worth it naman.

i started taking this, the one with honey, last saturday and all i can say is super regular poop ko.. i'm not consti naman, irreg lang...yun bang minsan magpoop ako in the morning but sometimes not, pero hindi naman yung super pawis bago makatapos..hehe

I'm taking wheatgrass with honey and the taste is tolerable..parang green tea lang. Immediate effect saken, smoother bowel movement and everyday na din unlike before na every other day but I'm not constipated naman. And I don't know if any of you have noticed it pero yung poop is odorless. Sabi kasi sa website nila, chlorophyll has deodorizing properties, siguro nga totoo yun.

I also want to share na din, napadaan kasi ako sa 711 store malapit samen and they're having a promo on their whetagrass rtd. it's 10%off for every 12 cans. Hindi ko lang sure how much. Pero I think it's worth a try naman.

may wheatgrass na tanim na ako at may juicer. binili ko yung wnd handlang kaya nasa 3k. mas nag iinvest ako sa ganitong bagay bago ang ibang hehe.
bumili din ako ng vitamix blender para sa green smoothie ko.. nag ddalwa isip ako kung ipad o vitamix. mas mahal pa kasi vitamix blender parang sa zagu. mganda kasi talagang ma liquify yung smoothie!! google niyo green smoothie. very healthy!

si sis san ka nakabuy ng vitamix blender?sa thomas morato ba? super expensive naman kase nyan dba around 48k.is that the same blender use by bubble tea? thanks
