Just bought the Easy Pha-Max Wheat Grass will try this tomorrow morning.

^Put 2 tspoons of wheatgrass into 200 ml water, preferably cold para mas masarap.  If you have a shaker better kasi mas madali matunaw pero you can also mix it with a spoon kung wala.

^once a day lang ako...pag sinipag 2x a day.  my cousin naman cuts one sachet in half and drinks it morning and evening.  ang gastos kasi if 3x/day talaga.

I am already done with my 14-pack wheatgrass. It didn't really help my bowel movement which is weird. I am very constipated. I've been constipated since childhood and this didn't help me with my problem. HOWEVER, it did suppress my hunger. As in I didn't feel hungry for 14-days. I wouldn't eat supper and even lunch anymore kasi nga di ako nagugutom. GALENG! hehe...The taste and smell didn't bother me naman coz I like green tea. I didn't weigh myself naman before taking kaya I don't know if I lost weight. But I feel a bit lighter.
