yeah...but it's not immediate ha.  i usually do it, after breakfast and/or after dinner.  it's not like some teas na immediate BMs (na parang LBM), but it actually helps me with it.  it regularized my BMs and it kinda kills my appetite a bit.  feeling ko din it helps clear my skin.  the smell nga lang of the wheatgrass powder is a bit off...pero yung taste is like green tea na cold. =)

i just order mine from my cousin e.  i think online meron nito.  i'm currently taking both actually.  coffee in the morning and the one with honey before dinner. =)

saw natural wheatgrass on tray sa hypermarket 500 pesos daw yun; has anyone here tried the natural grass ask ko lang for how many days ba yung isang tray and how many do you need 2 juice for one shot or glass to drink? TIA

meron sa grocery nun easy pharex na wheatgrass powder, 990 yung 30 sachets.  yun with honey, 500 yung 15 sachets.

gusto ko rin sya i-try kasi i want to have regular BM. i'm always constipated kasi eh tapos i'm taking iron pa so lalo nang nag-constipate. i think sa MOA may nakita ko na bilihan, can't remember though if it's in the north or south wing  sowee

I can personally attest na nakakapayat ang wheatgrass because ako mismo pumayat when I started taking this.  At first I was taking the fresh kind.  Mega bili pa ko nun nga mga trays sa salcedo mkt and mega juice.  Kaya lang na-turn off ako sa mga mold spores growing dun sa root area nya kaya I switched sa Easy phamax.  And dito ko talaga nakita ang effect niya.

I am taking the with honey variant pero minsan pag nasawa ako I take the plain one.  I felt good when I started to take this tapos naging regular din BM ko.  Tapos I eventually lost weight, feeling ko din kasi nawalan ako ng gana kumain for a time, feeling laging busog ako.  Wheat grass lang naman take ko.

gumanda din BM ko jan although im not constipated naman. as in whenever i drink the honey enriched wheatgrass, within 30-45 min i get the urge to use the cr na LOL!

my sister naman takes it for her acne prone skin. It helped her control it kaya ang ganda na nya ngayon as compared dati.

mom ko distributor nito kaya we get to have supplies for personal use din. i don't like the one with the soymilk, too sweet for me.

^Yung plain, di ko gusto lasa, parang tea na hindi ko maintindihan. I have a sweet tooth kasi so naturally I would want the honey-enriched one kasi sweet. It doesn't taste like honey though. Sister ko yung plain ang gusto. But comparing the plain powdered to the real living plant (I tried once sa Salcedo sat. market), mas gusto ko lasa of the juice from the living wheatgrass plant. Malamig sya (note na pure ito, they extract the juice infront of you) and walang grassy after taste.

thanks. so may iba ibang brand ba eto or iisa [textspeak!]? walang grassy taste to right? i want to try sana pero meron ba neto tingi muna pra pg hndi ko gusto eh hndi na ako iinom hehe

Para sa kin, yung plain wheatgrass drink ng Easy Phamax has the same taste with C2 green.  If you drink C2 green you can definitely gulp down the plain variant.
