i am taking wheatgrass tablets for almost 2weeks now.. wala namang purging stage or anything, my poo poo is more often na compared before but not naman yung hindi mo kayang pigilan ang urge especially if you're in a wrong place and at a very wrong time

wala pa naman ako masyado makita na effect sa body ko but i know in the long run it will be beneficial to me

better daw ang juice kasi mas potent than the tablet according ti my derma. She introduced me kasi to wheatgrass juice

^kay sis snow ako bumili.

sis eicia meron din ako nung wheatgrass powder kaso natatamad ako magtimpla at di ko masyado type yung taste, i have yet to try mixing it with mango juice but for the mean time wheatgrass tablets muna

may na-notice din ako, parang ang konti ng poo poo ko, as in konti lang talaga sya.. i wonder why..

and yes di ganun ka-smelly yung poop and fart mo haha

how much? ilan tablets? 2 tabs lang b talaga per day?

^ang nakalagay sa back, 8tabs per day daw.. super liit lang ng tabs, siguro medyo malaki lang sya sa Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP) kaya ok lang kung iinom ka ng mga 4 tabs each time. pero ako i am taking 3 tabs a day.

yung isang bote 200 tablets 800 bili ko.

yung wheatgrass powder na nasa akin is yung regular, walang flavor flavor sya.. at ang alam ko kasi mas maganda kung pagkatimpla mo inumin mo agad,

siguro pwede yung sa isang sachet, half muna timplahin mo sa umaga tapos sa gabi yung another half yung timplahin mo din

Hi mga sisses, im a newbie here!I bought a 125g jar of organic wheatgrass powder 4days ago at a healthfood shop.When i got home,i start taking a tsp.in half a glass of water then followed by another glass of water to flush it down 30 mins before eating my dinner.The following morning, i usually get up at six,i had 2 glasses of warm water as i usually did have, except when travelling.Then after a few minutes,i had to sit on the throne as i can feel the urge to defecate.It was a very easy one and the consistency was just nice hehe...I have been taking this wheatgrass for 3 days now 2 times a day (morning before brekky and at night before dinner).I drink a lot of water during the day and less at night.The poo was colored green and the consistency was just normal.I slept well and feel great!!!I think its worth a try...Have a nice day to everyone!!!
