Nope, hindi naman LBM pooppy ko. It was softer than the usual pero may shape parin. It's not watery or liquid na. To be sure, try taking 1 shot just before you go home. Para at least nasa house ka na if you need to poo poo.

The Bizu I went to was in Alabang Town Center. Ang alam ko meroon din sa Glorietta 4.

My Derma recommended me to take INS wheatgrass for my acne and digestive problems (am acidic kasi) since she is also drinking this and she loves the effects on her plus on her sibling, even her gym trainer is drinking this. True daw talaga na parang deodorant nadin siya kasi wala na daw amoy kahit mapawisan pa.

Its my first day today and so far initial feeling ko eh inaantok ako, hehe i guess i'm really stressed out lately pero i get 8 hours of sleep naman every night, iyon nga lang hindi lang sobrang himbing. Use it once a day for two weeks eto ang effects :
1. Ala na amoy fart (utot) mo..haha..true yan
2. Di mapanghi urine mo..hehe true din yan
3. Popoo mo di syado maamoy..true din yan
4. wounds easily get healed.Yeah!
5. Feeling full ka..di ka syado gutom..true yan..pero depede sa tao. Pag sadyang matakaw e..hindi true. 
6. Iba iba ang initial effect sa first time user-either energized; full ang pakiramdam;inaantok (means your body needs rest), sakit ulo ( first day ko eto ang effect, next days sleepy naman so i drink it during nightime before bedtime. Sarap ng tulog ko  . Means, stressed katawan ko.)

sis inakisgurl> You are taking the pure?  its aryt to mix it with other juices...except citrus. I just cant recall which site i found that article which says that it is not advisable to mix it with kalamansi/orange or lemon juice.

According to the brochure it is best taken on an empty stomach for faster and better absorption. But i take it na may kinain..wag lang so full.

Yeah sis loveena..yeah proven ko talaga yan..bilis mg heal ng wounds..in a day you will see the improvement sa wounds mo.

Feedback ka about the effects which i mentioned in my earlier post..if it also happened to you. All of the users na deodorized ang body nila  by using this wheatgrass.

im confused, when you buy it, as in in a form of grass talaga? how can you get the juice from the grass? how many shots ang kelangan in a daw. i've read from page 1, medyo iba-iba pala talaga.

Hi...my husband drink this... i don't.  Kasi i'm drinking psyllium husk... But i've tried it before for one month...
