sis m_lim, would you know kung pwede din wheatgrass juice for a 2 yr old baby? my daughter kase has skin problems, iba iba sinasabi ng mga derma pero one of them said skin asthma daw,want her to try this kung pwede for her age...also may specific juicer ba na kelangan?thanks

yeah pede . ang di lang pede are pregnant women kasi this has anti cancer substance than may harm the developing fetus. (baka kasi cancer cell yon pala developing fetus).
I may add narin. Good for psoriasis and skin asthma is emu oil.

meron ngang INS wheatgrass na nasa lata / canister.  This is what i buy from Easy Phamax mismo.  Pero with honey lang ang available na variant nung nasa canister.

BTW, i tried yung healthy options wheatgrass and di ko siya kayang inumin on its own.  Medyo mapait siya and di talaga masarap!  Ewan ko lang yung sa INS na plain wheat grass kung ganon din lasa.  Pero inumin ko pa rin to kasi sayang naman, medyp pricey din kasi siya.

Got curious about wheatgrass since it claims to make digestion better and I think I really needed that.So far I've been trying only the freshly juiced version. Yung damo talaga na inextract yung juice. Honestly, I like the taste. Not as bad as I thought. Akala ko parang ampalaya na bitter pero medyo sweet siya in fact hehe.

My feedbacks:
BIZU - The best one i've tried. One full tray of wheatgrass yung i-jjuice out nila. At first akala ko it was too much pero it was just right to fit 1 shot glass. They will juice the grass in front of you so you'll know na fresh talaga and they did not add water or other stuff. Plus they'll serve it with a slice of orange on the side (parang vodka shot hehe)  para you can eat it if hindi mo nagustohan yung taste. And it's the cheapest of all I've tried P75/shot

ZING - When i ordered here, they did not cut out the grass in front of me unlike sa Bizu. It was pre-prepared na, placed in a pitcher na nakalagay sa ref. So I was not so sure if may hinalo sila na water or sugar or something. But it tastes the same as Bizu's. Its served in a plastic shot glass and no slice of orange unlike Bizu's. Cost per shot is P85.

JUGO JUICE (Megamall) - They juiced the grass in front of me, which was good so assured ka na walang added "extenders", pero they only used one third of the whole tray. Kaya super konti talaga ng juice! Tapos the plastic shot glass they gave me was not even full. It did not even reach 1/2! Parang 1/4 nga lang ata yun eh. I even asked the server kung ito na ba yun. He said yes. And it did not taste as sweet as Bizu's or Zing. Not so much for P85/shot.

Anyway, these are all based on my own personal experiences I haven't tried the powdered version but I'm meaning to.

I haven't been regular in taking this one so di ko pa sure kung may health benefits siya for me. Pero after taking the first shot, I was able to poo poo happily (yung hindi nag-sstrugle) unlike before.

There.. That's it. Just sharing..

^ there's BIZU in promenade greenhills sis, eastwood etc...i havent tried their wheatgrass shots. i might try that next time
