My pseudoboyfriend's mom (hehe) gave me a box of INS Wheatgrass with Honey. Nung una iniinom ko lang to dahil mom niya ang nagbigay.

So that I wouldn't be at a loss if ever she asks me how the product is. Hihi. But I took it religiously everyday, and after a while hinahanap ko na pag hindi ako nakapagtake. I do feel better when I drink this. I don't know if it's psychological. But it does help with digestion.

yeah no problem. You can even mix some fruit juice with it. Kaya lang sa mga diabetic they prefer the plain.
Ako i drink plain at night naman. Light ang pakiramdam ko. At by drinking it religiously pati ang fart ko ala amoy..hehe..promise.

The wounds easily heald pa.That was the first effect that really convinced me of the benefits of wheatgrass.

You may also try planting your own wheatgrass... maski indoors... 7 to 9 days after planting seeds pwede na iharvest... may supplier sa net ang company name mr seeds ... iba't ibang vegetable, flower, herb seed ang binebenta nila na tested for tropical countries like ours. May planting tray din available

i checked the wheatgrass tabs in healthy options, and you have to take it 2-3times a day, and 7 tabs each time! that means 21 tabs a day!?! OMG, mag powder na lang ako,

have you watched the segment regarding wheatgrass sa Fit and Fab sa QTV? And i think sa jessica soho din last week.
ang dami naman pala kailangan pag tablet..powder nalang ako hehe.
one shot a day lang pag fresh or if powder isang sachet lang ng pure (plain) or with honey is enough to get the enzyme, amino acid, chlorophyl and the nutrients.

Sa healthy option di pa ko nakakita. Pero meron daw e..not sure what branch.

Ang INS wheatgrass other than pure and with honey wheatgrass powder na variants... meron tablet narin. 200pcs ang laman ng bottle and it costs P800 per bottle. Pero sabi nga advisable na around 5 pcs ang inumin mo per take. Well, you still have a choice to take one to two lang.. dami naman kasi pag 5 pcs per take. Mag powder nalang ako after timpla isang inuman lang..hehe.
