^sis, would you know kung organic yung INS wheatgrass?

Saw wheat grass powder at healthy options, organic and grown on soil during winter, nakalagay sa label.  I'm thinking nga if i'd stick to INS or yung sa healthy options na lang.  Good for 80 servings kasi yung sa healthy options priced at P2200, kaya lang plain variant lang talaga.  Yung sa INS naman, good for 35 servings priced at P1200, kaya lang ito naman has the roots included and with honey ang iniinom ko.

Cultured sya indoor ang wheat grass ng INS. If organic sya thats what i will ask pa. Ang alam ko is hindi sya exposed sa pollutants at controlled din ang temperature ng environment kasi indoor. Yeah roots to tip of the leaves ang INS. Using Biotechnology na powdered nila  ang plant without losing the enzyme.

sis magtry ka rin sa healthy option para malaman mo difference.

Pero sis the INS wheatgrass powder with honey kasi pede mo gawing two servings ang isang sachet. Kalahati lang lagay mo sa 200ml water, then yong natira isang timplahan uli. So it will be 60 servings ang P1,140 (P570 for 1 box of 15 sachets  x 2).

Im taking the plain naman. Sometimes i mix orange juice with it then drink agad. Two weeks na ata ako di naka take ng INs wheatgrass. Kasi i took vacation at naubusan ako ng stock . Kakukuha ko lang last week pagkabalik ko.

siguro i'll try yung sa healthy options pag ubos ko ng INS ko.  Para makita ko difference.

^sis, yung sa akin nasa canister yung kinukuha ko sa INS.  with honey siya and good for 35 servings.  yung pagtimpla sa kanya is 2 ts per 200 ml water.  sinusunod ko yon kasi natatabangan ako kapag less than 2 ts.  gusto ko [textspeak!] din kasi yung idea ng with roots yung sa INS kasi feeling ko mas healthy talaga if pati roots kakainin or iinumin mo compared to leaves lang.

^kung doon ka iinom, it's 70pesos ata per shot. much better bumili ka nalang then i-juice mo sa bahay. so easy lang naman.

it's 500 per tray. mga 4-5 shots na ata magagawa mo jan. or more.

ang i agree mas okay ang fresh. kasi, pag fresh nga, dapat mainom mo na siya within 2 hours. kung hindi, patay na yung enzymes. wala din kwenta. what more pa kaya yung powdered or tablet form.

ako rin i prefer yung fresh kaya lang i find it inconvenient mag-juice pa.  Based on the results of my INS wheatgrass drink naman ok siya.  It helped me lose weight, parang naibalik ko yung rhythm ng katawan ko.  and what's good is regular na ko nakakainom ngayon compared to when i ws still taking fresh.  bilib din naman ako dun sa biotechnology nila.

I read that wheatgrass helps expel mucoid plaque, and so I made my research, this is not true daw sisses.  Has anyone actually saw something similar to a mucoid plaque? Mods please delete if the links are not permitted here:

^sis, i think what you have read about expelling mucoid plaque is the So Easy variant of INS wheatgrass.  This has wheatgrass and fruits and vegetables, di ko sure kung fiber or extracts.  Pero ang claim nito is it helps cleanse the body and get rid of toxins.  As a result, you will expel the so-called mucoid plaque.  Pang weight loss ito.  I haven't really tried it but i'm very interested.  Mahal lang siya and wala pa kong budget.   

Ok naman sa kin ang results ng wheatgrass with honey ko  kaya dito na muna ko .

^ i mean hoax yung mucoid plaque, not the wheatgrass juice as i am an avid drinker of this and i love what it does with my body. hindi daw totoo na may mucoid plaque tayo in our gti, pakana lang daw ito ng mga nag aadvertise. has anyone seen this in with their own eyes?

I went to Edsa Garden House kanina, I tried the wheatgrass with apple juice and also bought a tray of grass, I cannot believe I paid 500 pesos for grass..

Nooooooooo.. dont drink it when you are 1 to 6 months preggy. Kasi it has anti cancer effect that it may not distinguish which is cancerous cell and developing bump/blood.

pag malaki na like 7 to 9 months sabi pwede na kasi develop na ang fetus. Hindi na dugo lang. Pero i still advise wag nalang lalo kung you need pampakapit pa. After giving birth ok na, ala problema.

Before getting pregnant , ala daw problema. It will even make your body safe from cancerous cell that you might transmit to your child pag nagbuntis ka. Basta the moment you know na buntis ka, stop na.
