all about wheatgrass juice

Harvest and Tipco juice drinks have wheatgrass flavor. I've never tried kasi akala ko yucky ang lasa.

Are these as effective as the powdered form or full of sugar lang? Alam ko Tipco and Harvest are said to be healthy, even organic drinks but I'm not really sure...

sa Edsa corner Quezon ave meron..yung natural juice talaga. gustong gusto ko din ng wheatgrass!!! nag research ako sa net tapos most reviews nagsasabing better ang naturally juiced na wheatgrass kesa sa tablet o powder form. pag yung juice kasi maraming enzymes na nawawala pag powder or tablet na.

daily na yung pagpoop ko after a week of taking the powder form.  I also take fresh juice shot from Bizu once a week. Si bf pinipilit ko uminum ng fresh juice kaso nasusuka sya after hehe.

im looking forward to the long-term effects.

i'm also interested in wheat grass juice. haven't decided yet if fresh or the powdered form na lang. hope ok maging effect sa'kin. I also saw it sa boy & kris yesterday fresh yung ininom ni kris according to kris masarap daw and sweet.

^much better ang fresh sis. i buy several trays pag sunday for the whole week. mabilis lang naman mag prepare. cut the grass, wash and lagay mo na sa juicer.

yung fresh you need juicer which costs 13k ata. pero available din sa Zing at sa Bizu resto.

sa Zing 85 per shot. I get mine at Bizu for 75 per shot.

yung powder available sa distributors at sa ibang drugstores.

inaasar ako ni bf addict na daw sa wheatgrass. . . nakakaregular kase talaga ng poop. para hindi makulong yung toxins sa loob ng body natin.
